Every time I Uber eats a drink from this location it's always out of syrup at the soda machine and the service employees who make the drinks don't even bother to ask the driver to reach out to me for a different drink i'm tired of paying for a drink I can't even enjoy because of the laziness of the employees ðŸ˜

I had a terrible experience at this Taco Bell. I ordered a vegetarian taco, but they gave me a beef taco instead. As a pure vegetarian, this was very upsetting. When I spoke to the store manager, he was extremely rude, refused to replace the item, and denied a refund. I went back on 11/07 to resolve the issue politely, but the lady at the counter was also rude and even threatened to not allow me in the store. I had no wrong intentions — I just wanted what I ordered — but their customer service was extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

After my visit on 10/13 and providing store manager a week to discuss my issues with my shift supervisor interaction, and after submitting feedback online with no return call I will just post a review. The temps of their food needs to be checked by DHEC, and the staff make every effort possible or to hide/conceal their names so there is ZERO accountability. The neighboring stores also won’t help by putting me in touch with the district manager either. Only shows the problem starts at the top.

I used to eat here all the time because it was one of the only places open after 11. Now they always have signs on the kiosks saying dining room is closed or outright lock the doors even though there's a sign right there for delivery people to come inside to get their orders. I would have given it a pass if it was just once or twice, but I haven't been able to use the dining room after 11 for over a month because they don't want to deal with the dining room.

I ordered 2 combos! The guy at the window failed to disclose there was no Ice! They are serving drinks hot! The lady then came to the window to rush us through the drive through even though the drink was hot and the Mountain Dew baha blast was out! It literally tasted like water! The customer service was trash! No thank you or apology! They just want your money!
Ordered a steak quesadilla and literally have like 6 pieces of steak .
