TCBY always has a good product, so everything tasted great, however it felt like all the employees were walking on eggshells. They were weighing everything meticulously and the employee even scraped some yogurt back out of the cup because it must have been what appeared to be 0.1 oz over. At one point there was a line of employees waiting to weigh their cups. This stuff isn't gold, after filling a few cups, they should be able to get it "close enough" without getting it down to fractions of an ounce. It created an overall uncomfortable atmosphere. Its too bad because taking the family out for a treat should be relaxing and care free, especially for what it costs. Not here.

My boyfriend and I had just gotten dinner and were looking for some dessert. I was craving something refreshing, but all the smoothie places were closed. We popped in here on our way home and I was happy to be able to get a smoothie. They were closing soon but still very helpful and nice. They made our order quickly and it tasted great. I hate to forget names but I believe the one gentleman was Will and the other gentleman had a shorter name. Both very nice. Thank you!!

Been coming here for 15 years. Love this place ! Waffle cone Wednesdays are the best. They have hand scooped as well as soft serve. They have been here for 30 years.
