While the service itself was perfectly fine, the overall cleanliness was not. The floors were sticky and visibly dirty, there were gnats around the dining area, and the table I was seated at had melted yogurt on it and was also sticky.
Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and this location fell far short. If I really need TCBY, I’ll make the extra effort to go to the Central location instead.

What a wonderful place! I was dying for a coffee, and didn't want anything expensive and watered down and this place saved my trip home! I might not have been able to stay awake without that delicious Mexican Mocha they had! Can't wait to bring my family with me next time for some frozen yogurt too! And I can't forget to mention the kind staff and good coffee sizes. They'll also make anything you want. Just let them know how you like it!

this is my go-to place for a sweet treat. My favorite employee is Rebakah; she knows what I order before I walk in the door. I wish that the employees could accept tips for the awesome service that I always receive.
