ice cream is good but the costumer service its pretty poor, they dont even let you think they staand there staring at you so you hurry up

I was stopping in to pick something up and was amazed at how friendly the staff were. Regina is very friendly. I had a chance to speak with the manager and she was really great. Just on atmosphere alone this place is 5 stars.

Kids like the frozen yogurt but I strongly suggest staying away from the milkshakes. They have the consistency of soup. I had them remake it once and second came out the same. Otherwise frozen yogurt is kid approved.

The countries best yogurt says it all. The flavors are amazing, the staff is friendly, they even have hand dipped ice cream choices and a coffee bar. Not to mention all drive-through window.
Ok how have I lived here for 2 and a half years and have been up and down the cross street where this is and never noticed it? I’m also dumb because I thought it was ice cream. Finally went tonight and got the cold brew coffee froyo. It was sooooo good and they have excellent choice of toppings, including my favorite dark chocolate chips which is not common to see. The service was excellent and love the retro vibe of the place, don’t change a thing! It’ll be a spot for me to grab a sweet treat again for sure. They also have a coffee shop inside the establishment so they’re open early in the morning for that and a drive through! Who needs that other green logo coffee brand??
In short, make sure you get over there!

The young man and young woman working this afternoon have had the best customer service! The young woman took my order and was so kind while the young man helped my 7 year old decide which flavor of ice cream he wanted! It’s so nice to walk into establishments and be greeted with smiles and good people!
