Just to let you know this was a 5 star review when they first opened. I have just left there and it was absolutely horrible. From the cold lobster bisque to the meat being all well done after begging for medium to the absolutely horrendous cream Brule. They did keep the drinks filled and that was a positive. To have a restaurant with potential fall this hard and be basically empty at peak dinner time is sad. There reviews are under 4 stars on Google and I expect them to drop way lower. Greenville is 0-6 on Brazilian Steakhouses after this one goes out of business in 6 month's. Farwell my friends.

The worst service I can remember having especially in a supposedly nice restaurant. I guess we didn’t matter since we only got the $75/2 salad bar. We’ve tried this place 5 times and always get the full meal with drinks. This time it was during the week and we just decided to have the salad bar and no alcoholic drinks. This place has never lived up to the others we’ve been to but still go since this is the only Brazilian steakhouse here. Our experience this time we really felt like we didn’t matter because of our “less than” meal. We ordered drinks before getting our food. Returned and no drinks. Waited 20 mins for our drinks. We had to wait to eat. Hardly any attention to the table through dinner. My husband ordered a refill and never got it. The table behind us was a party of 6 and they got plenty of attention. Every time I tried to get the waitress attention she was helping them. Keep in mind this was a Wednesday and very few people there. Finally just asked for our check and that took another 20 mins. We gave the server our bonus card which you get for spending over $100. We had to wait 20 mins on the manager to approve it. He didn’t even make eye contact and so rude. I thought he would’ve at least asked about our experience. Nope he couldn’t care less. Waited another 15 mins to get our card back. It was truly a laughable experience. We will not be back. Also, the atmosphere is miserable. People are stepping all over each other because everything is crammed together. Nothing like the other Texas de Brazils.

Very similar to other restaurants like it. We came in fairly late so we were one of two parties and had excellent service. The salad area had a nice selection and none of the meat that we tried was bad. Overall a good experience.

Imagine if Texas De Brazil opened up inside an airport. This is the vibe my wife and I felt when we had dinner the night before Valentine’s Day. I am originally from Miami and have visited the two locations there many times. I thought Greenville’s new Texas De Brazil would offer a similar experience but they completely failed. The tables were crammed so tightly you can barely walk to the buffet without crashing into someone. Nothing about this experience felt intimate or romantic. Every time the waitress came they were trying to “upsell” us a liquor or dessert… felt like a timeshare presentation. Food was just okay and does not represent the level of quality I came to expect from Texas De Brazil.

Wow wow wow I can't explain in words how much I enjoyed eating here.It was tasty and the food has a lot of various meats there and the best part the waiters with the food always come to your table as fast as they can it's crazy!

The food was great, the server was awesome. However, I was a little underwhelmed by the dress code ( I get its at a mall, but still for the price and ambiance would prefer). A few other things could happen: more ambient lighting (turn the lights lower perhaps for dinner? It was a little confusing for newbies in my party- so some expectations setting from the server would be helpful. Additionally, the meat guys didn't really respect the token being turned over to red- which cut into our conversation time on my date.

I've been to another location before and had an amazing experience. At this newer location the chicken and sausage is on constant rotation while the better meats rarely came around, and when we asked it took awhile for them to come around.

This was my first visit to “Texas be Brazil”. Everything was spectacular from the moment we checked in to the moment we turned our cards over to the “red” side so that they knew to end the tremendous parade of fresh meats that were carved at your table. What a great evening. The salad bar which doubled as an appetizer station was the standard by which all others should be measured. Fantastic. Thank you to the entire “Texas de Brazil” team!
Servers seemed to be really distressed and had too much going on. Wait time for simple items like water or cleaning plates of the table so we could go back to the salads and sides was long
Hello, I am a 14 year old future food critic. i love this restaurant. The food was splendid, the meat was delicious, and the lobster bisk soup. Sorry if I spelled that wrong, but it tasted too sweet, but it was good 5 stars, and the people their were nice and really cool. I really liked how they dressed so fancy. 5 stars, but the location right next to the mall, well let's say, and mall next to a fancy restaurant that was weird to me but I git to say 4 stars and if you really like this review go to the ihop review that I have done they were the worst
