Stood at the window for 10 minutes, workers were too worried about who would save who from drowning to take my order

Came in on 10/16 and was helped out by Erik. Incredible guy! Took my order a lil bit before open and was a pleasure to talk to and get to know. Hopefully he’s around the next time I come back!!

Food is always great and Grey was wonderful. She was kind enough to make a little treat for our Golden. Highly recommend the Reuben Combo!!!

Well they have a hopsitality charge, and then I get a screen asking for a tip. Really strange.
The side portion of fries comes with a sauce, but the ones with a combo is a $2upcharge. I ended up not getting the sauce as it would have been $20 for a small to medium reuben with a “small side of fries” (though the portion when I opened the box for the fries was quite large), and I felt I was being nickled and dimed.
I think the more consumer friendly option would be to lower the side of fries prices and be able to add a sauce for $2 (which is perfectly reasonable), and then display on the menu it is extra for the combo. For if I wasn’t paying attention at the screen, I wouldn’t have even known there was an upcharge and then declined it.
I get food prices are high but the sandwich just felt like it didn’t have enough meat to be a really great reuben.
Cool atmosphere in Gather, and if you don’t mind spending restaurant money at a food court, you should be good. The only that gets me is that it isn’t a traditional restaurant.

The cheesesteak is advertised as a huge sandwich big enough for a few people. It’s not that big, it’s just enough for one person. The flavor was good, but they definitely oversold it.
However, I got the Ruben last time and it was really good. I’d get that again.

What a mediocre experience. I didn’t have necessarily high expectations, but I was hoping to be able to finish my sandwich.
I got the Guacho Philly with chimichurri. The meat was under seasoned and overcooked. The chimichurri was wilted and over vinegared.
The onions were covered in burnt bits from the grill.
The only saving grace was the kielbasa sausage.

Had the pleasure to try the Philly cheese and it was excellent. I must say it was nostalgia to the max. Keep up the good work !

I was so excited to come have a cheesesteak from here because a good one is so hard to find. We were all soooo disappointed. The meat felt, looked, and tasted like the meat from Steakums. I barely had any peppers or onions on mine, like I counted 3/4 small chunks of each. I was hoping for the good gooey melty cheese that seeps into every nook and cranny of the sandwich and was just saddened by the sliced cheese that was melted. We visited Sunday, late afternoon, not many people at the venue and waited for a solid 40 ish minutes for 3 sandwiches and one fry, which also totaled $70! I know everything has gone up so I won’t fuss about that. But I took my grandson elsewhere for his meal and we got his food and he almost finished before we even got our order! I was so sad because I wanted to love this place. I must also mention customer service was less than acceptable. Nobody was “friendly”, like just did their job and that was literally it. My daughter in law went to check to see how much longer and she was completely ignored. She also doesn’t speak up, but standing at the window, one would expect some sort of acknowledgment. She and I are both in the service industry so were familiar and forgiving. But there was hardly any orders, maybe one ahead of us, and none after. I was hoping for the best.
And after reading the reviews before writing my own, I give the owner props for taking responsibility and responding to those less than satisfied! Most owners just bash folks that leave reviews, so that shows a lot of character and care for his/ her business.

Charles is the man. My girlfriend is having a bad day and I asked him to make it with love. He made the best Philly cheesesteak I’ve ever had.
