If I could rate this place I would put 0 stars.What a disappointment I thought they would ask us what is the occasion for us coming to the restaurant.Nothing the girl was so flustered and was like’ okay what can I get y’all’ sounded like hurry up in a tone.She couldn’t even refill our drinks we kept asking for refills and when I asked for more bread she completely forgot.Not worth the money and time to be treated this way.We came out to celebrate my birthday and we left with no dessert because the service was horrible.Like yes they get busy but that is no excuse for not begin polite as a waiter.Waited outside for 45 min to be treated this way is not cool.Next time will be going to a restaurant that actually takes care of there guests.They definitely went down hill with service and the food was flavorless.

Trey our server was knowledgeable and professional! It was a large party of 13 he repeated everyone order twice to make sure the order was correct. Made sure refills and everyone was taken care of. The food was hot,fresh and delicious. Amazing atmosphere. The cheesecake is amazing. The manager checked us as well. Thanks for all you do! I would drive from Columbia SC just to have good service and food.

Always packed and Always Good! Today I got a few things to-go... Shepherd's Pie, Thai Chili Shrimp, Strawberry Cheesecake, and Carrot Cake. I am not a fan of Cheesecake and although I have been to the Cheesecake Factory a few times, this was my first time trying the Cheesecake. I am now and believer... it was pretty good. I wouldn't rate it over the carrot cake but its good. Most restaurants witg large menus struggle with a lot of things but i have never had a bad meal from the Cheesecake Factory. To me they give elevated dining with fair prices. I look forward to going back.

Only bought a slice of cheesecake. It was very sweet., very smooth and moist.. melt in your mouth good!!!. The staff was absolutely great..didn't want to leave this store..will be back when I come to Greenville again!!!.
