What an experience. The management was non attentive. My wife’s food didn’t come with mine. I was finished eating my main protein before our waitress stopped by. After the fact we had to ask for her. Then they produced the food we proceeded to put it in a Togo box. The server then said I will get my manger to remove the meal. Upon returning the server then preceded to tell us that the manger was willing to give us some cheesecake. lol food cost $ .25. Then the manager had the hall to stop by and explain how fortunate we were to get cheesecake when neither of us wanted dessert. I can say one thing this was not a satisfactory experience for this level of restaurant.

Ordered a BBQ ranch chicken salad and asked to change the chicken for steak which had a charge of $8 (totally fine) but when I get the salad there's only 4 pieces of meat in it... I don't expect a crazy amount of meat but $8 for steak and getting 4 pieces is a joke.

Always a good experience, I eat here a couple times a year. Such a large selection of food and still all of it very good.
Just overblown because of reputation I suppose. The food wasn't memorable and the cheesecake, meh. Waaaaaaaayyyyyyyy overpriced, service was so-so, and the atmosphere was not great. They put us on basically a long bench with other people. Not for me, sorry.

I used to really like the Cheesecake Factory. But 90 dollars for 2 people for lunch is a bit pricey. The most disappointing thing was the classic cheesecake. But on the plus side, the caesar chicken salad was good.

12/15/24 We came for dinner after attending a play tonight. We arrived at 6 p.m. & waited for our table for 40 minutes at the bar. Ammen K. our bartender made us excellent drinks & we shared an amazing appetizer sampler of eggrolls with complimentary sauces. There was avocado, Tex Mex, cheeseburger spring rolls & chicken taquitos. When we moved to our table our server was Dakoda D. and he was the best! He took our orders quickly brought us drinks & a basket of freshly baked brown bread with butter. For our entrees we had the Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp and the Asian chicken lettuce wraps both were delicious made fresh and well seasoned. For dessert we got the Coconut Cream pie cheesecake & the Mango Key Lime cheesecake. Dakoda checked on us and made sure that our orders were exactly what we wanted. He brought us takeout bags and boxes for the generous portions so we could enjoy the leftovers again at home. This young man was an excellent team member. We will definitely be back. Tef
