This was an experience! The service, the food, the decor...all of it was the best! It was my first time being there and it didn't disappoint at all. My family and I will be back.
First restaurant review, first visit to cheesecake factory. Arrived 45 minutes early for reservation for 3 people. We asked hostess to put us down for walk in or keep the reservation which ever came first. After watching 50+ tables get seated before us we kept asking if we were in the system. Suposedly we were but 15 minutes after our reservation time we were seated which was a total of about 1 hour of standing there. Once seated and order placed it was 45 minutes before our appetizer came out and another 15 minutes before our food came out so a total of an hour for food. 2 hours in at this point by the time food was in front of us. Not really complaining about the 1 hour wait for food because they seem to have a steady flow of customers. Ordered the ITALIAN SAUSAGE AND FRESH MUSHROOM RIGATONI. Once received, it had 2 little pieces of italian sausage. One piece was the size of a dime and the other piece was the size of a nickel, thats it. 5 little mushroom pieces and a small amout of noodles with sauce. Supossedly the sausage was spicy (my favorite) but couldn't tell by the two little pieces. Noodles were good thou. Even the waitress thought the italian sausage was missing but did not care to clarify or correct the order. Loved the cheesecake for desert.The waitress did give me the slice of cheesecake without me asking, I guess because it was the cheaper of the two items (cheesecake or entree). I will be back for the cheesecake but not the restaurant. Total bill was just under $150 for 3 people.

We arrived and were seated immediately out on the patio. The sun was out. It was very hot and the lady who sat us down said she would have somebody come and lower the blinds. 10 minutes later nobody had showed up so we moved over to a seat in the shade. Another 10 minutes later, and we stood up and left as nobody came to even offer us a glass of water. There was an older couple sitting next to us that had been out there even longer than us. Rotten service. We didn’t eat.
