Best beer selection in the upstate. If you haven’t tried them, Burlington Beer Co beers from Vermont are next level.

Good selection! The staff seems bored. However, I prefer a smaller selection of brew....kolsch and ipa. They have a sustainable sangiovese that is

A long time personal favorite. The Community Tap boasts an amazing selection of craft beer, both on draft for on-site consumption and plenty of cans or bottles for take-home options. They also have a nicely curated wine selection in addition to some ciders or seltzers if that’s your jam. No kitchen, but they offer some small snacks or cheeses to accompany your drink - and they regularly have food trucks almost every evening.Even with their awesome beverage choices, the crown jewel of The Community Tap is the staff. Always friendly. Capable of educating you without being remotely condescending. Exceptionally knowledgeable of their offerings. Zach, Neil, and Kelsey have never steered me wrong, and I wish I had the time and space to name every one of their staff.Truly a pillar of Greenville’s craft beer scene.

I came in on a Monday at 3:00 pm, I was two feet into the store when what I assume is an employee asked if I was looking for anything in specific as he blocked my path to the rest of the store. It was awkward to be blocked in an isle, no greeting, and no time to even look around. I asked if there was a bar and he pointed to the back of the place which I couldn't see because he was blocking my view. The music was mostly instrumentals at a gentle volume which was nice. The place looks clean and dogs are welcomed on the heated patio. The crowd is older and grey, not a bad thing but not much of a meeting place for 20-30 somethings. The folks who come in are the type to listen to their meetings on speaker while holding the phone to their ear and leave their notifications noises on so phones are pinging loudly... awkward. I wouldn't come back except to maybe shop for wine or with a friend.

I’ve been to both locations, solid people, good vibe, great selection.Last time I went, they were sampling sandwiches from Harry’s hoagies and watching Philadelphia play, so it was a very good day.

My family brought me to Community Tap years before we moved here and I applaud their growth, service and professionalism. Between their selection, service, wine club, events and food trucks there isn’t a better place in North Main!

Truth be told, we went for a sake tasting so my review may be skewed by that. Cool little spot with plenty of nearby parking, outside seating and space. Private event area was very accommodating for our group. Beer selection was very good. Service was fine, nothing to write home about and surprisingly slower than expected - other locations I have visited were much better. If you are a beer or wine (hopefully Sake soon) enthusiast then you should give it a try.Kid-friendliness: Not a lot of space to run around like a typical brewery but plenty of Ty of families with kids when we went.

Visited Community Tap as we have heard great things about this place. They have a huge selection of craft beers and wines.Maybe we just visited on an off night, but the staff was not very friendly. The IPA’s were good, and the food vendor for the night was not bad. Wasn’t the best experience I’ve had at a local tap room, but certainly wasn’t the worst.
