I have been to 3 cooking classes at this location now, and each one has been amazing. Every chef has been different, each bringing their own amazingness to the evening. Last night was Chef Vinnie. Impeccable. Go alone, or take a friend. You will not be disappointed. Also a shout out to the staff that works with the chefs - they are super nice and helpful.
What an unexpected fine. We drove past and my wife said quick turn around. We went in and we discovered the best merchandised stocked and staffed cooking store I've ever seen. William Sonoma is a circle k by comparison. This place is fantastic. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. It is a locally owned treasure. We even had a glass of wine while we were shopping. They have it all. And cooking classes too. Unfortunately who don't have time for that on this trip....
