I went to to crazy mason in Pigeon Forge, and I had an amazing milkshake there. So I figured I would go to their greenville location, and by golly, was it immaculate. The wife and I got the strawberry shortcake, and our friends got the cookies and cream milkshake. The strawberry berry shortcake was a little to "crazy" for me, but the wifey loved it. Next time, I'll probably settle for a regular milkshake, but altogether, it was a great 9 out of 10 would recommend if you want to change your milkshake experience up a little bit.
First time going here and I ordered a sundae with chocolate, caramel and nuts, there was barely any chocolate or caramel on it. You would get more on a McDonalds sundae. Not worth the high cost.
Nice atmosphere, clean , and customer service 👌.
Be prepared for a sugar rush! They are good but VERY SWEET! Me and my hubby both love sweets and couldn’t finish either
Love love love this place
Their milkshakes and desserts are definitely worth the money. One of their fancy looking milkshakes is around $16. However, they come loaded down with toppings. They have so many choices and flavors. The only downside I could find, is the wait time. Its not a super long wait, but probably 15 to 20 mins after you order. Over all a solid 9/10

The associate was rude and told us we had to purchase the more expensive item since they didn't have the cheaper products available. I asked when they would and she said her manager isn't so we had no choice unless we wanted the kids menu.. I spent over $40 on 3 items because they didn't have an option. I could have left but it was a Christmas present to my family and I regret even going. Way over priced.. Not worth it. Very sad that management is looking for money than better service and prices for customers.

We were very disappointed in the service we received. We waited at the counter for 5 minutes to even be waited on. When the girl finally came to the register, she didn't acknowledge us. She just stood there. I asked her if he was there to take our order , she rolled her eyes and said yes. I would have left then but my daughter wanted this for her birthday. They weren't busy there was a table with their stuff already sitting there.

Super cute place! I wish they were all plastic jars or a choice for glass or plastic on the bigger ones. You can wash your jars out afterwards but they do get slippery because there’s no soap to use at the washing station. I ended up dropping the glass jar at home and broke it. It cost roughly $31 for my som and I to get some ice cream.

This is one of the most fun expwri3nves I've ever had! I got "The Fudgin' Best and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere is amazing, there are so many choices AND you even get the option to keep your jar. Worth every penny!
