I would have been a 1st time customer but the first time I called I was placed on hold for almost 9 minutes. I hung up waited about and hour to try again. I again was immediately placed on hold and after waiting a over 5 minutes this 2nd attempt I hung up. It must just not be that I am supposed to try Fox's Pizza Den.

First time my wife and I had ever eaten here. The young lady who took our order was very pleasant. We ordered 2 pizzas to take home, one being the Taco pizza. We do not recommend this particular pizza because our opinion was that it did not taste very good. The other was fine as far as taste but we did find a hair in the middle of it. We understand that this can happen but it goes in the trash immediately in our house so was a big waste of money. We didn’t bother to call about it, just decided to stop elsewhere next time.

Food is awesome. And the contactless delivery was appreciated. Perfect order. Homemade mustard sauce is very good. Pork fried rice always good. Veggie and Beef dinners are excellent. Eggrolls are amazing. Thank you.

-10. called to tell them my sandwich was wrong the guy on the phone talked to me like crap yelling saying he wasn't yelling he was just talking over me. they were supposed to make something else as replacement so after 45min I call and ask for a refund. more rudeness till my Boiling point where I'm now yelling. was told I can't have a refund. it doesn't even stop there. my husband then calls because his brownie (that's on the menu) is a cookie same guy claims he wasn't there earlier then turns around and said i cussed at him. if he wasn't there then how did i talk to him. Liars, Rude, slow service, and cold food. NEVER AGAIN WE WILL ORDER HERE
