I checked out The Dive in Greenville the other day and let me tell you, it's a hidden gem! The sandwiches were off the charts - fresh ingredients, perfectly toasted bread, and generous portions. The vibe of the place was so chill and welcoming, and the staff were super cool and attentive. I can't wait to go back and try more of what the serve. If you're in the mood for a killer sandwich or burger, definitely give The Dive a shot!

Interesting location in the up and coming section of Greenville. My preference was to grab a burger but walking in the staff said that they were out of burgers and the only thing left was BBQ. Not really a bad thing, since I enjoy good BBQ and ordered the 1lb brisket plate with a side of hush puppies. What is pictured is that order.I was anticipating a highly smokey flavored cut of meat because this place had a stack of wood out front. Makes sense right? Unfortunately it was decoration. The smoker wasn't used on this plate and it seemed to have been kept warming in an open Crock-Pot which allowed it to dry out. Simply put, that Smokey flavor I was craving was not there. A well smoked brisket can be cut with a fork but this meat required a knife to get through it. Just didn't live up to my expectations.The mustard and sweet BBQ sauce was pretty good, but the vinegar based sauce just wasn't up to par.Compliments to the wait staff! He was very attentive and did everything he could to please the customer.Overall I would not stop here for BBQ. When they have burgers I'd give those a try.

We stopped in here on our way to Charlotte for some lunch. So glad we did. My hubby and I split the fried chicken sandwich with fries. YUM!! I don't even like fried chicken like that, and I'm already trying to plan a stop on the way home! Definitely recommend.

The service was really good and the food came out quick. The pulled port and brisket had a nice smoky taste. The ambiance is very relaxed with both indoor and outdoor seating.

What a hidden gem! The Dive Salad with its Brussel sprouts and avocado … completely delicious and a huge portion! My family had the Dive burger, pimento burger and pulled pork, and everyone loved their meals and left full. (That’s saying a lot for two teenagers!) Our server was friendly and helpful, and the sweet chef made me fall in love with Brussel sprouts! I should’ve asked for a cooking lesson. Pretty sure mine have never tasted so good.
