The Honey Baked Ham Company

I tried to preorder today before i came and got the message that there were no tomes left for pickup today, so we got to go stand in line! Imagine how happy I was when standing in line for over an hour we still were not even in the store but people who had lrepaid were standing in line about 15 to 20 minutes and they were gone. When we finally got i the store I was not real happy to see that there were 3 registers handling the prepaid line and 1 handling the regular line that was 3 times as long. Makes alot of sense, huh? this is the last time I will buy something from honeybaked ham and I would have left an hour ago except I bought gift cards in advance!

Poor and very slow customer service!!! If the service was as good as food this would be a great location!!! Poor attitude of employees and not very interested in helping or moving fast!

Thanksgiving meal was a disappointment. I ordered a quarter ham with bone and a roasted Turkey. I followed directions, and the turkey was very dry. Half of the ham was bone and not edible.

Not a single person in the store, and yet there were dirty table tops. Employees were outside, at the side of the building, smoking. Once I entered the store, then 2 came inside. I ordered a to go turkey sandwich that had 2 very small bits of turkey meat bacon that was very fatty, and the bread was getting stale. I will not be giving that store a second chance. Very disappointing experience all around.

I have purchased hams at Honey Baked Ham for the past few years. Yesterday I picked up their boneless ham and 2 sides for a small Easter lunch. Excellent ham and sides! I ordered and paid online then scheduled my pick up time. I arrived at my designated time, walked in, I was greeted, and served with hardly any wait. Very effective pickup process at the holidays. Professional staff and a honey baked ham that is phenomenal! They have a rewards program that is nice when you are a regular customer. Whatever you are doing, keep it up!

I came here to eat after they dropped off a sandwich platter at my place of work. Their sandwiches are to DIE FOR! So good!! The food is nice and filling without being too much. I rarely eat sandwiches, but these sandwiches I could eat every day! The service is also really sweet too and chill ambiance. I will be returning!

Food is always great. Staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Honey Baked Ham meals for when you have family coming from out of town and are not in the mood to cook. Sandwiches and broccoli salad side are outstanding (and I don’t even like broccoli). I do recommend that you call ahead to make sure that they have made what you are looking for , sometimes certain items are only prepared at certain times and then they do not make anymore for the remainder of the day.

Decent parking out front. Went there to pick up a honeybaked, ham, cornbread, stuffing, and soufflé. They were pretty busy, but got to me fairly quickly, considering the hustle and bustle. They are very proud of their hams as one could imagine, and you pay for them, but they are worth every penny. Had a pleasant experience, thank you. Recommended

I ordered a Honey Baked Ham and the sides for Thanksgiving. The ham as usual was excellent! The sides were less desirable. The ordering process over the phone was difficult. Picking up the order was waiting, however, it was a busy day for the holidays. The line moved more quickly than expected. The clerks were friendly.

Parking: On a Holiday with more clientele, the parking lot and the inside space for waiting was limited.
