We are here for softball tournament and decided to get our crab leg fix! We had the low country boil with Cajun spice and it was amazing!!! We were greeted by friendly staff and had the sweetest server- Baby K!!! She checked on us frequently and made our experience what it was! The music was on point as well!!! We will definitely be back!

I really enjoyed her customer service!!,she was so sweet and it was my first eating here so she really made it an great experience for me.

Went to Juicy Crab today and our server was Shan. She was awesome. Very knowledgeable about the menu and checked on us throughout our visit. We will be back again and want her as our server again

My kids and I really enjoyed the food. Our waitress Baby K was great. Nice environment and my kids were vibing to the music which was everything!!

The waitresses were friendly, BUT the service was POOR. It took approx 15 min before our order was taken. Then we waited 1 HOUR for our food. One waitress said we could leave without paying for our tea before she even offered to go and check on what happened. She also said she would go talk to manager, but we don't believe she did because no one came to apologize or compensate. Finally she said they were finishing it now, but it still took another 10 minutes. My order was steamed pot of shrimp and sausage which was so salty I could only eat the shrimp. Had side order of slaw which was not appealing, mayonnaise was glazy looking as though too old. We will NOT go again.

Such a great experience I had to share, this was my first time at The Juicy Crab Greenville and I can’t wait to go back. We had a young lady name Chandra as our waitress, she was so attentive and got all our orders correct, had great recommendations as well. Even though we were a wild bunch she was patient and I was impressed by her really getting all our orders correct. If Chandra is there definitely worth the visit. The food was amazing as well.

Just visited for the first time. Restaurant was very clean. Staff was amazing. We were greeted immediately when we walked in, and then seated. Our waitress Malayna was awesome. She was very thorough explaining everything to us. Food came out red-hot. We love the presentation of our food. Amount of food for your dollar was well worth it. Taste absolutely scrumptious. We will definitely be going back.

Definitely recommend. Came on a Tuesday night and wasn’t very busy, but they don’t have their liquor license yet so that prob eats away a lot of the crowd. Started with popcorn shrimp it was great. We each built our own bags, I got 1lb of snow crab legs and .5lb headless shrimp with the Juicy Seasoning, mild spice. The crab was juicy, the shrimp were large and succulent, and the flavor was good. I like my seafood on the saltier side, but I bet it would be perfect for most people. I wound up bringing some shrimp home. He got clams, lobster tail, dungeoness crab cluster, and shrimp and ate it all! Even the corn and potatoes, which were also excellent. We will be back!

MAKE NO MISTAKE THE FOOD WAS GOOD! However, two of our family split a plate and rather than split the prices up they charged them for double the meal price and my parents ended up paying $120 instead of $60-$75. Aside from the staff not knowing how to add, the food was good all except for the fried oysters, they could’ve been cooked a little better.

The shrimp appetizer is awesome! We’ve returned half a dozen times in the past few months just for them. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Walked in and was greeted very nicely by Sana. Was asked if first time and told up front that no alcohol. Nice atmosphere. Service by Tatum was awesome. Food was terrific. Can’t wait to come again and try something different. Shrimp was shrimp and not all batter like at most places.
