I’ve been eating at the Lazy Chicken since it open 25 years ago. Not once was I disappointed in the food or service. Great home atmosphere. Great comfort food.

I ordered a 3 Sides Plate and was charged $11. Over priced in my opinion, I could have went and got two sides with a meat for this price. Ordered two sides of rice(undercooked) along with Mac & Cheese(no taste) and was given the smallest amount in gravy. But also the people handling the food did not wear gloves. One lady handling the food was literally putting her hands in her hair to remove it out her face along with wiping sweat out her face, after doing this she proceeded to fix my gravy in the little condiment cups and placed them on top of my Mac & Cheese..I stopped her before she closed the box and asked her to take them out and give me some new Mac & Cheese and to place the gravy outside of the box, she quickly caught an attitude and tried to smart mouth me! I will not be returning.

I love this place and will be eating there again today. It is family owned and managed, and the people that work there are a pleasure to deal with. The food is always fresh and healthy for you. How can you beat baked chicken and fresh vegetables. The free ice cream is nice too. If you have not tried the cake you are missing out.

Came in with a coworker and ordered. I asked for a cup of ranch and was given one...my black coworker went up to also ask for ranch..the owner charged him. We were confused until we spoke of the experience with other people who have been there..same experience if you are black. Do not go to this racist restaurant

This place is a straight up hidden gem of the area. The food is amazing, and the service is also great. The 70s music in the background makes it even better. At the end, there is an ice cream machine to fill your desert desires. All in all, I would definitely recommend this place.
This lady who I think is the owner came from the back with a container of potatoes I imagine she was about to switch/put out. She had a spoon in her other hand. She ate some of the potatoes off the spoon then toss the spoon into what I would believe to be the existing potatoes on the bar. I did not stay to see if she switched them or added the potatoes she was holding to what was in the bar. Either way, I don’t think that should have been done.

Been going here for years as it's right near me office. Food is always excellent, service is great even though they can be swamped, overall experience is great! Will continue to come at least once a week for years to come. Thank you for the ice cream cones as well!
