Claims to be 24/7, allows orders online, takes people's money, says the order is ready, but is closed, and nobody is at the store.
There was maybe 15 people seated when I arrived. The waitress came by maybe twice to check on my coffee, I always wait at least 30 min before I get my food. Your service sucks...

Walked in was told to sit anywhere in the front area. Sat with my family of 4 while the staff argued over the fact they told us to sit anywhere. Seemed like an argument over who was going to take the table. There were only two other tables in the building and both done eating. Waited over 5 minutes and no one acknowledged us or even brought us menus so we got up and left. Pretty sad that it was that slow and no one wanted to serve us.
