This is our second visit to this location. The service and food are outstanding. Perfect for a date night. We requested a table in a more quiet area and they delivered. It was a little nook with only 2 tables for 2, so even though the bar area was a bit loud, we found our nook perfect. What a great place to celebrate our 25th anniversary! The staff made it all very special for us.

Freaking amazing! My wife and I are from Northwest Tn then moved to SC from Murfreesboro Tn. We have visited the Melting pot in Memphis Tn, Nashville Tn and Greenville SC and we have never been let down!

The food was amazing and plentiful. Our server was very sweet and attentive without being overbearing. She was very helpful in explaining everything and we didn't feel rushed at all even considering the holiday. Overall a wonderful experience!

Whatever... there was NOBODY on our side of the restaurant. 10 minutes of waiting after getting water and our waitress was nowhere to be found. I’ve been coming here for over 15 years. Just awful. 30 minutes over the “reserved table” time and even got there 15 minutes early. When I was finally seated, was seated at the literal smallest corner seat with non-movable table or chairs. Decided to take our business elsewhere after being sat. Just an overall bad customer experience.

We had the best experience last night. Our waitress Tabitha was exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure we were always taken care of. Throughly explained the menu and made sure our drinks and cocktails were always full. 10/10 recommend and we will be back soon!

Our waitress, Autumn, was phenomenal! She guided us through the process and checked on us multiple times. It was our 20th wedding anniversary and she made it a fun experience. The restaurant is clean and very cozy! I know it's been in Greenville for 20-30 years but it does not look dated or rundown! The food was WONDERFUL! We are so glad that we chose to spend our anniversary there!!!
Always a treat to have an evening at The Melting Pot. We never waiver from our favorite Alpine Swiss cheese fondue and it never disappoints. Service was excellent and attentive.

Overall we felt a little rushed but we visit yearly for holiday tradition so we know the routine. The smell of the restaurant was a little musty and steamy and aromatic from all the food cooking. (Clothing and hair stinks when you leave!) Bar service was very slow and didn't allow us to keep ordering drinks because it took forever to get just one drink. Tip was included which we don't like because the server doesn't have to work “to insure proper service.” Overall we will return but it's hit or miss at this place. Depending on server joy, well stocked employees and a cleanliness and hygiene of the Restaurant can make or break the experience. .
