I went through the drive thru and ordered a side of onion rings. When I get to the window to pay I asked if I could please get just one container of bbq sauce to dip my onion rings in and the ladies at the window tell me no that it only comes with ketchup without a 50¢ charge. Why couldn't I get just one container of bbq sauce that equals to the same amount of the four packs of ketchup that I was given instead? My mind was really set on onion rings and bbq sauce that I didn't get.

If I could give no stars I would for the manager having an attitude on the phone when I called in a complain because one of his employees turn around and said so where is your a****** father at they have no right speaking to a customer like that and I will not be back again. You never get an attitude when someone calls in the complain about an employee saying something like that except their manager. I'm done.

To give any establishment your hard earned dollars only to be treated with a dismissive attitude after being a loyal customer for over a year now is incredibly disappointing. It honestly gave me a racist vibe and the amount of times I had to repeat my order because she didn’t listen was very telling. I left and went elsewhere with my 34.00 dollar order to a different clock and was treated with respect and dignity. DO NOT SUPPORT this hole in the wall establishment to these goons who harbor racism, will never go back.

Ordered a flounder dinner got home opened up the container, and to my surprise, I received one piece of fish as much as I like going there for flounder. I think today will be my last visit. I usually get three pieces. Clock, you'll let me down.
Food was over cooked. The lady that took my order was rude the manager was rude,everytime I go in I have to pay extra for the container they put the food in that's no way to run a business and the price is too high.they should fix your order the way you want it.i want be

Server rushed me while I tried to decide what I wanted . She served us before and did same thing. Seems as this place is going down hill. Last time kitchen staff were fighting . Food was too salty, but that is how they make ie. Use to be a great place to eat. Too bad.

I have gone to this "restaurant a few times before but today really took the cake! When I went there to grab something for lunch today, I placed my order at the window for a club sandwich. When I got to the window for my order I was told that was not what I ordered. That I had ordered a ham sandwich. And I said no i didn't and he them like the buffoon he is asks me if I even know what's on a club sandwich. Of course I know or I wouldn't have ordered it! And I was told again that I ordered something different. And then they began arguing with me. And this guy starts screaming at me telling me he heard me order it. He wasn't even at the window taking orders. Then he tells me that now he would have to make it. Well duh, that is your job! So then he tells me it would be $15. So I pull into a parking space and wait. I get back to my job and I call back to speak with the manager and complain. Then the same buffoon answers the phone and says he IS the manager, which just goes to show. He told me his name was "Tommy" and tells me he could tell my voice and attitude because I was an "entitled bitch". He could tell I was! Then he continued to tell me to shut up and to use his superlative wording told me "go F*ck yourself" I shouldn't have been surprised by his lack of intelligent response and incredible customer service etiquette. I Immediately looked up the information for the OWNER of the restaurant and called him. His Name is Jimmy Tsrikas and I called for him at the restaurant. Upon reaching Jimmy Tsrikas he told me he heard all about it and when I informed him of the customer service hi so called manager was offering he told me he didn't want to hear it, and hung up as well. Well, Mr. Tsrikas if you are so proud to offer that king of customer service yourself, it is no wonder you have the caliber of employees you do. Allow me to help you spread the type of business dealings you so proudly boast. I am very happy to help free of charge, you ass.
