The Universal Cafe is one of my favorite places to go and relax. The coffee is always fresh and they have a great selection of pastries, sandwiches, and other items. Definitely recommend this cafe to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and a relaxing atmosphere.

Breakfast or lunch is delicious! Very home made and portions are generous! Haven’t had anything I didn’t like. Convenient to order ahead! Love having this cafe in the same building where I work. Prices are also very reasonable.

Just had my first order from there. The shrimp,okra soup was really good. The Roast beef sandwich was very good too. I will get another order from there this week.

Love this place. Great food, nice atmosphere. Call ahead if you are in a rush. I've never had anything on the menu that wasn't delicious! I recommend the daily flatbread specials, the avocado BLT, and the sweet potato fries. The Harvest Salad is also great!

The Universal Cafe is hidden and is truly a hidden gem. It is part of County Square and serves breakfast through lunch/dinner until 5:00 Monday-Friday. An extensive selection of items which also include several daily specials. I opted for the Salmon salad ($7.99 including a beverage) and it was fresh and delicious. My friend got a Sunset sandwich which had turkey, melted Brie, avocado, and honey mustard. For about the same price it came with a beverage and a choice of side. She opted for the baked potato salad. She said it was delicious, as well. Another friend got "the most awesome" grilled cheese sandwich and the salted caramel cobbler ala mode. There are flatbreads, burgers, quesadillas, and homemade soups. Not crowded at all. Only problem was deciding how to make a choice.

I would love to be able to leave a review of how good the food is however for the second time in a row a waitress cleaned off a table for the six of us and then the host sat a party of 2 at the table.

Some of my favorite "bar food" in Gville. Their buffalo chicken sandwich is awesome. I love that it's grilled. The buffalo chicken salad which is also grilled and full of dark greens is good too. I've also had their burger which comes in many variations. If you like reuben's try swapping out the burger patty for grilled chicken. You won't be disappointed! When it's nice outside this is a go-to spot to grab a drink and eat.
The only thing I liked about this place were the wings and tots. We ordered a Philly cheesesteak, patty melt, and firecracker burger which comes with tots or fries. All of our burgers were pretty bland. But my friend said it's usually really good here so I guess they were having an off day. The service was pretty good so I'll give them another try sometime in the far future.

I suppose this is not the kind of place you come to with your co-workers for lunch when faring well to one of them?! It was the leaving co-worker's choice, so I'll blame them (ha!). I think I just don't go to places like these often enough to get familiar and like them too much. I remember ordering wings and they were alright, but nothing too memorable. Service was ok; not horrible but also not bend-over-backwards. I think what got me were the chairs and small table. I just felt uncomfortable sitting in the chair like I was constantly on edge waiting to fall on the table. The small table made it feel a bit crunchy with a total of 5 people. I think I would have to come back at nighttime to see what the atmosphere's like. Also, regarding the parking, why not skip driving yourself and just let Lyft or Uber take you there so you don't have to worry about parking at all. You're welcome!

The door is consistent. Beers is good. If you sit at the bar, the overall service is great. It's a regular spot for my friends and I, especially In the summer months. We'll sit on the patio. I have to admit that the staff can become easily overwhelmed at times. Although this is understandable, it becomes frustrating. Still a fun place to eat and grab a beer though.

Pretty good beer selection, below-average food and grumpy service. I've had a decent meal here, it just can't seem to be replicated. some of the food is simply bad by Design. The chicken tenders are the frozen kind you might buy at a grocery store. I've had the Reuben when it was really good, but mostly it's a soupy mess. The brisket nachos can be really good, but sometimes it just feels skimpy. The wait staff is scarce and even on a quiet night like tonight, they can be hard to find.
