Went here for my Sisters birthday, we had a group. The food was great. Mostly finger food but super filling. The cake they gave her was deliciously awesome. The service was on point and we had a wonderful time. This was my first time going. Never golfed before and i have to say i'm proud of my little 100pts :-). Will definitely be going back here again. I was weary of being so close to an open space, scared i'd fall. It took some getting used to since im afraid of heights but it wasnt bad at all.

Only real complaint is the food. Everything I tried was fast processed crap. I truly expected the food to be top notch for the price you pay. I suggest a higher quality food option. They could do a lot better. I wouldn’t bother eating anything on the menu.
Two people 1.5 hours with two regular beverages only no food. $69.00 plus a $8.00 tip.

We visited Topgolf with four families, including kids, and had an amazing time. We spent about 2.5 hours playing, and everyone—kids and adults—had a blast. The atmosphere was lively, and the staff was friendly.

We also ordered a lot of food. Everything tasted great, and the quality really stood out. The only downside was the price point—nachos were around $17 and wings were over $30, which felt a bit high.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience filled with fun, laughter, and great memories. We’d definitely go again!

I never do reviews, and if I do, it’s for a reason. I couldn’t even tell you what our servers name was because she was barely around but that’s not my point here. I was swinging a 5 iron and did your typical “slide the club down” after I swung to see how I did… as I did that, the carbon fiber split off the club and went straight into my hand. Yes, it’s minor and small, but it made a small gash and I am still pulling and digging things out of my hand. I didn’t want to make a scene because that’s not the person I am. We told the server that it was splitting (whenever she finally came by) and she said “what do you wanna do with it, get another one?” My boyfriend responded and said to take it away because he didn’t want to break it. No, we didn’t speak up about this because I panic with conflict (which I now know I should have just said something.) I just hope that Topgolf can keep an eye out on clubs so this doesn’t happen to a child. Just check every club before they are used.. Food was great and it was an amazing time, other than those two problems.

If you're looking for something fun that the whole family can do together this is it. My husband and I brought our 11 and 6 year old and they were asking when we could go back before we even were done with our time frame. Our waitress went over and beyond. The food was delicious. Our favorite was the Funday Faves Platter which had something everyone liked on it. My husband and I are looking forward to coming back with a group of friends for another good time.

We had a good time hitting balls. Drinks were good and strong. My queso was delicious also. Wait time was only five minutes.

I visited this place Sunday Aug 24 2025 about noon

The website said it was a very good sports bar
My wife and I sat down at bar and were ignored by bartender who was servicing the customers outside and everywhere, so basically you had no bartender.
Finally we were acknowledged.
I asked for A Modelo beer , she started to pour and ran out with half glass full. Your people should know kegs need to be changed before bar is open.
She told someone to change the keg but the young man came back and said he could not.
By that time I asked the alleged bar tender why she was saving the half beer she had poured. She said she was saving to pour the new keg beer in glass with old warm beer.
At this point we got up and left.
She gave us a smug look and never attempted to apologize at any time.
I would be interested to know who hires and trains servers for your organization.
On a different note, I was told by the greeter that no outside bars were open.
What a waste of revenue.

I will never patronize Top golf again.

Had a reserved birthday party for my 12 year old daughter. The food Was decent. The service host was terrible. she seemed to have attitude when I asked questions about the other employees singing happy birthday to the other customers. Once I asked her about it. She said that they don’t say happy birthday, but I overheard a few times of them going table to table saying happy birthday.🤔🤔

We visited this Topgolf location this past week with a group of four and had a great time. Everything went smoothly, and the facility itself is excellent. The only downside was our server, Yaznely. While she was polite, it was difficult to get her attention as she often seemed distracted on her phone or talking with other staff. This made the service feel less attentive than expected.
Overall, it’s a great location and I’d still recommend it . Just hope to see a little more focus on customer service in the future.

As a former Topgolf employee and someone who’s worked in hospitality for over 10 years, I usually try to give a lot of grace—but I left today feeling really disappointed.

I met up with family I hadn’t seen in a while, and one of my sisters had never been to Topgolf, so I was genuinely excited to bring her and share the experience. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to what I had hoped.

I understand Saturdays can be busy, and I absolutely respect that staff can be stretched thin—but the service today just felt unorganized and disconnected. Our Bay Host seemed untrained and didn't explain gameplay or menu items. We were left to figure most things out on our own, which luckily I could do because of my past experience—but it wasn’t the introduction I wanted my family to have.

Drinks came out really late, some items were miscommunicated (like an upcharge for adding chicken), and we were told we couldn’t extend our gameplay—even when the screen prompted us to. Everything felt rushed.

Overall, it just wasn’t the experience I was hoping to give my family. I know how great Topgolf can be, and that’s why this was so frustrating. It didn’t feel like the standard I once knew.
