Booked a bay for today at 11:15 to play with some friends. It was my first time but everyone else had been to one before. Ended up having a great waitress named Courtney (i think)in bay 208. Guys ordered drinks and some food. Tried one of those grilled cheese grilled dippers and with that tomato/cream based sauce was great. But when we went to pay for our checks the other waitress kept mixing up 3 guys checks and had to redo them 2 or 3 times.
The ONLY issue I had was when I went to pay, I was being charged $12 to play and a $6 new member fee. Well when I booked this for 6 people, I had to pay 25% down which ended up being $24. So I asked the waitress and she said she didnt ask about who booked it and just split it 6 ways. I ended up just saying forget it and paid. She did take off the $6 new member fee but I did speak to a manager about it because I'm paying literally a third of the total price myself. Think there needs to be a better way to coordinate that when booking online so you don't end up paying twice. I'd come back but don't think I'll be booking online just to save the confusion.

My vehicle sustained over $6,000 in damage. Staff informed me that they were aware a truck had hit my car and that the incident had occurred about an hour before I discovered the damage. Despite knowing this, no effort was made to locate the vehicle or notify me. I was also told they “couldn’t provide footage” the night it happened, which made little sense.

After several days of trying to get in contact—despite them taking down my information and saying someone would follow up—I received no response. It wasn’t until I mentioned leaving a negative review that management suddenly reached out immediately, which was frustrating and disappointing.

Overall, the lack of communication, accountability, and urgency showed a clear disregard for customer experience. Even if they aren’t responsible for the damage itself, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and assistance, especially given the circumstances.

Waited out the waitlist queue and was not updated when someone else extended their bay time so we went up to ask about when the bay would be ready and were dismissed by the manager.

Great place to do a family outing but please be prepared that this is not an inexpensive place to go. I don’t think it’s not worth the money just want to make sure people are aware of the costs. Plan ahead (reserving your time online is the best option) and check out the times that are not so expensive if you need to watch how much you spend.
Everyone working there are all have a positive attitude and willingness to help.
Food wise… everything we had was great. Please note that the hot chocolate comes VERY hot. It actually burned our mouth but the server quickly corrected the situation by bringing us a side cup of milk to cool it down. We actually went two days in a row so the next day we asked for half hot chocolate and half milk to cool it down and that worked. This isn’t a complaint just a heads up 😊
The pretzel bites with the two dipping sauces are the best and if you order the buffalo chicken dip the serving size is big. We personally didn’t order any adult drinks but we heard that they have a wide selection and there is a bar onsite.
We will continue to go and actually are considering a membership which was explained in great detail when we asked about it.

I’m writing to share feedback about a recent visit that was very disappointing, particularly due to staff behavior and service issues.

My sibling and I rarely go out together, and this was the first time most of them had ever been to Topgolf. I was genuinely excited to bring them along and create a nice evening. I made our reservation approximately nine hours in advance and attempted multiple times throughout the day to call and ask if it was possible to move to a higher level for a better experience. Unfortunately, each time I called, I was left on hold for over 30 minutes. After several unsuccessful attempts, I decided to arrive earlier than our reservation time to ask in person.

The moment I approached the desk and began asking my question, the manager’s very first words were delivered in a sharp, rude, and dismissive tone. Before I could even finish explaining, she cut me off and spoke to me as if I were an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. She bluntly stated that changes were not possible because everything had been booked three hours prior, without any attempt to listen or show basic courtesy.

I explained that I had been calling much earlier in the day specifically to make this request, but no one had answered the phone. While I fully understand that availability may be limited, her immediate attitude was unnecessarily aggressive and completely unprofessional. At no point did she attempt to de-escalate the situation or communicate respectfully. If the same information had been delivered kindly, I would have understood without issue.

Having a bad day does not justify speaking to customers in a hostile manner—especially customers who may also be having a difficult day and were looking forward to an enjoyable experience.

Unfortunately, the service issues continued throughout the evening. At one point, we waited approximately 30 minutes for a small side of ranch. I understand being busy and reasonable delays of 5–10 minutes, but a 30-minute wait is unacceptable, particularly when there were more than ten servers working the floor.

Overall, this experience was upsetting and took away from what was meant to be a special first-time outing for my siblings. Improvements in staff professionalism and service efficiency are clearly needed.

Everything was great until we were pick out of a crowd of people by the manager for a mistake their employees did. We always tip and the man came down the stairs after going up the stairs to see ask the server about us. After giving money, he asked us “this all” the girl got over 18% tip!!!!!
