I love coming to Topgolf! We come here every few months because it’s so fun. The food is my favorite part! I haven’t had anything I don’t like yet. A great Sunday morning trip as it’s not full and brunch is delicious! And we love the donut holes!

Hands down a great place to bring your family to have some fun, eat, drink and just have a good time.There restrooms are very clean, they have pool tables, the food is delicious. Everyone is just friendly.For our first time coming to Top Golf we had an amazing time! We loved it!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Terrible experience. Playing the game is fun, but the service was terrible by our server, Katlyn J. The entire game, my husband would get around 5 balls out at a time. It was never a problem until the end. Our time had run out, but my husband had the balls out, just like he had been doing the entire time we were there. Katlyn came up and said you “can’t take more then one ball out at a time” and kicked all of his golf balls onto the green. We felt this was extremely rude and unnecessary. Especially when we had been playing that way the entire time. If this was a rule, why didn’t she tell us 2 hours prior?As we were finishing up our drinks she was already cleaning the table, not even wishing us a good day or saying bye. She then dumped out our drinks and approached a group of team members. We finished writing on the receipt and as we approached the group of team members to express our concerns, they all scattered.This isn’t the first time we’ve had a negative experience at Top Golf in Greenville.Because this isn’t a cheap outing, we want to have a good time. With the terrible service we’ve now received twice, we are extremely hesitant to come back.

Nice facility. Can get busy on weekends. The foods really good but a bit pricey. They have new games you can play. Which was nice. Had a $20 coupon that didn’t work. They said they would take it off bill but they forgot. Oh well. Make reservations.

This is the 4th time we visited this establishment. We enjoy the games but the service and quality have continually deteriorated. We spend between $200 and $250 per visit. Last night one of our meals was delivered 30 minutes after the other meals with only 30 minutes left on our 2 hour bay rental. It was not busy many open bays. Then the waiter said a manager would bring out the hamburger which took 1 hour to make. We expected the meal to be removed from the bill. Not only did a manager not come to our table, they kept it on the bill. Of course we didn’t complain about it because we shouldn’t have had to ask for that accommodation. Then the waiter told me I couldn’t order a dessert because we only had 20 minutes left. He eventually capitulated and put in the order for donut holes. We will never eat there again. We will go out to dinner and just go to enjoy the activity. Don’t bring your date here.
