Authentic Italian cuisine, and the absolute best waitstaff. Our waiter (Q) even remembered us from our last visit (months before). It’s very underrated and truly enjoyable

It was our first time visiting there. We enjoyed everything from the new cheif famous new bread and oil, the meatball appetizer, awesome martini, all the pasta and chicken dishes to the amazing dessert crème brûlée was amazing, but the manager just started a new ice cream nachos that was so good. We will definitely be back. Big shout out to our waiter Grant Lee! On point about all the food and drink questions. He knows the menu very well. Kept our drinks filled and made us feel very welcome along with the manager and others.

My husband, daughter and I stopped in for the first time a few days ago and we were met with the friendliest staff. They catered to every request we had and made us feel so welcomed. The menu is extensive, so we ordered a variety of dishes and all of them were delicious! I loved the inviting atmosphere and I can’t wait to go back for a date night and enjoy the huge fireplace. From start to finish, we had a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back!

We went early to grab a drink at the bar before dinner. We had a delicious bourbon old fashion on special. Elaine at the bar was wonderful! We then sat down for a delicious meal, the Trio was amazing. Portions were healthy and our waitress Rory was awesome. We will definitely go back!!

Hidden gem! If you are not wanting to trek downtown, Trivinia is a must! You cannot go wrong with their Flounder Parmesan + brussel sprouts! We always sit in the bar section and get the same ambience but with a super fun/entertaining crew! Q, Bradley, and Elaine never fail to put a smile on our faces! Try it out! :)

Me and my husband went in at 7 o’clock yesterday on a Friday to try something different than Olive Garden or Halls chophouse so we stopped at this Italian restaurant with high hopes of being more authentic than Olive Garden and unfortunately, we was let down immensely due to our food actually being Cold and my broccoli was on the verge of being frozen in the middle. I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo it had little sliver of what they said, grilled chicken in. It had no flavor had no Alfredo sauce. It was very dried out. Some of the noodles was hard, and at the bottom of the plate was water from where they tried to heat up the broccoli and it melted and it was just water at the bottom. My husband ordered a steak with a mushroom gravy sauce and a baked potato, the baked potato with steaming hot you could tell his steak on the other hand was warm but the sauce that they put on it was like mine you could tell it was just barely heated so it wasn’t ice, but it was so cold. It was a huge letdown, especially for the price and the quality I wouldn’t recommend going. Mine didn’t come with a salad or bread at all, and I had a pasta dish you would think of that would be a given and to be honest Olive Garden is not authentic Italian at all, but it’s way better than this place unfortunately . Me and my husband didn’t say anything and I think they could tell that we wasn’t really happy with our food. I boxed up mine because I didn’t wanna waste it and brought it home for my dog sadly but as we were paying our bill, they were several people that were complaining about their food being cold like ours southern that made me realize that it wasn’t just our food that wasn’t being cooked thoroughly. It was a whole table behind us of at least six people every one of them’s food was Cold, and the people beside us was talking about how their food wasn’t warm and that it wasn’t good. Unfortunately, we went due to us not being able to do our anniversary trip this year due to health issues and we was excited to try something close to home that we thought would be more authentic and support new businesses however, this will not be another place that we would visit again. I believe all the staff honestly deserve to be in a better restaurant because they were amazing so sweet caring and it’s not their fault that the food is not prepared right but honestly, it kind of scared me about getting food poisoning because of the food being still cold . For someone to be considered an Italian restaurant, you would think that they could do pasta and their sauces really good to be honest with you. It reminded me of those frozen chicken voilà meals where you put it in a skillet and you have an ice pack of the sauce that you let it sit in a cup of warm water until it’s Warmed up and then you put it over the noodles. It reminds me of that not worth it. we spent close to $100 and I honestly have wish we went to Olive Garden. Got me a salad breadsticks and better not excellent but better quality than what we received yesterday evening.

There is live music in the dining room on Wednesday & Friday nights! I dined at the bar where I enjoyed tasty hand crafted cocktails & amazing full sacle service from the exceptional bar tenders. My culinary experience was also superb! I loved the traditional caesar salad followed by the uniquely savory Senatra chicken - with an exquisite creamy Grand Marnier sauce! The chicken was cooked to perfection, as was everything else! I can't wait to go back for another amazing dining experience!

Our server, Charlie was absolutely wonderful! She was on top of everything from the moment we walked in until the time we left. She even packed up our leftovers! That was such an added bonus because I almost always make a mess doing that. We ordered the chicken parm and ceasar salad. Both were outstanding. We will be back for sure!

Basically Applebees but for Italian food but priced like the high quality restaurants in DT Greenville. If you’re going to spend $50 pp go downtown and get something good

Edit: Editing my review since the owners responded. The service was fine, atmosphere was fine, presentation was good, but again, the food just isn't flavorful. Do you ever feel like you're tasting the same food at every restaurant, like Sysco just drops off the same pre-sliced meat/veggies/sauce/seasonings and the food just tastes generic? This tastes like any food at a chain: Applebees, O'Charlie's, etc... like assembly line food, produced for efficiency not taste. Came out fine temperature and everything, it just didn't taste fresh or natural, the same way that all of these chain restaurants are. This is like a chain but it has a unique name.

We didn't complain because this is just the type of restaurant that it is. We thought it was a local place but it isn't, and when we went and saw the food we thought oh, ok, it's this type of place. And if that's what you want that's fine. Nothing to complain about. It's just rated like a local high quality italian place and it very much isnt.

My husband, son (2yro) and I visited last night, Friday the 12th and we had an amazing experience. There was live music that my son just loved dancing to and they got his food out first so we could easily enjoy our time together. We had the Muscels, Caprese Salad and the Ribeye, everything tasted great. We will definitely be coming back. Oh and their Martini's are on special on Friday nights. Are you still reading this and not headed there yet?

After reading reviews and looking at photos, I ordered the ribeye palermo, rare, from UberEats, for delivery. It came raw, despite being seared nicely on the outside. The baked potato was overcooked but the loaded parts included on the side were plentiful. I ordered the house salad as a side and it came big enough almost to be an entree. Since I was too tired to recook the steak (hence the delivery), the salad was a nice supper and the next night I properly cooked the steak. The ribeye was very fatty unfortunately, but I cut off the fat to cook with. I’m not sure if food is prepared differently for delivery orders or if it was an off night but I was underwhelmed - there were yummy notes in each dish (also ordered the meatballs small plate - nice though maybe slightly undercooked, could use a little more ricotta, and we didn’t need the bread) which is why I look forward to dining in person.
