I love tropical grille but this location is consistently terrible. The food is always dry and overcooked and the servers are completely emotionless and act like taking your order is a bother. I will continue to go to tropical grille because the other locations are great... but never this location again after multiple attempts at getting a good meal.

Worst experience I have ever had at a tropical grille!! Rice was not fully cooked. My husband’s food came out after I had mine for 15 minutes… he had a salad! The lack of customer service or even a modicum of an apology was astounding. Sluggish disposition and blank stares. It’s not 5 star dining. How can you mess up rice and a salad.

I ordered catering for a Christmas Eve work lunch for 15 people. I ordered “The Works” package. The yellow and white rice was barely enough for 15 people. There was more black bean juice than beans - also barely enough for 10 people let alone 15. The quality of the food was great. The only issue was the portion sizes.
The young lady that took my order was so sweet and professional, and a customer wasn't happy with her order while I was standing there and there was no hesitation, she fixed the issue with a smile on her face ! This young lady needs a raise! My name is
