I genuinely love this place! I feel like family every time I come here. Mrs.Diamond and her staff ALWAYS makes me feel like I’m welcome and the food is amazing EVERY SINGLE TIME. I 10/10 recommend if you want an amazing lunch or dinner to come to Tropical Grill on woodruff road. I love this staff, the environment, and of course the food. THANK YOU tropical grill staff! ❤️✨

This was our first time trying this restaurant. I found the chicken and rice not very flavorful. Perhaps that's purposely done as they offer varying sauces to compliment the dish.
Awful. only person in line and they still absolutely butcher my order. ordered a crispy chicken sandwhich with fries and a diet dr pepper and asked for some sauce. gave me some random chicken sandwhich with like pickles ham and mustard. didnt even give me my drink which i didnt even notice until half way home. trash dont come here.

So this is a delicious fast food place that I can get behind. As a plant- based, gluten-free eater, I can get a side salad without cheese or pita, a side of black beans and yellow rice, and fabulous French fries and mix it all together. So good. The dining room could be a little warmer or updated, but it did the job.Vegetarian options: The dishes were not for a true plant based vegan but if you are vegetarian there are a couple of items you can get that have cheese. Not too many mains but some sides will work.Dietary restrictions: Most items are gluten-free according to the website.

I enjoy Tropical Grille, always receive fresh, good quality food. But the last few times I have been here, it seems like the amount of food you receive and the quality has declined. The picture attached is supposed to be a large classic bowl, which by the way the picture looks, you would think I have consumed multiple bites. I haven’t, that is what I received when I opened the container. I also did not receive my sauces, which really enhances the meal, so luckily I had a couple sriracha sauces in my pantry from Chick-fil-A that I applied to my classic bowl. The chicken didn’t have much flavor, the rice was dry, and the pita bread tasted stale. Hopefully this doesn’t continue to be the trend at this location.
