Horrible experience here today. For the past 6 months I've been eating the same thing for lunch. A smoothie the way I like it. No one else makes it like them. Hats off. However the manager today decided she wanted to display her authority after I asked kindly if I could make a few substitutions if that was ok? Same thing I say every time. She proceeded to tell me she couldn't do that but she would do it this time and check with her manager that she could be wrong. I said okay I do this at four different locations everyday and no one else gives me any trouble at all, so let's do it and you can check with your manager and we can go from there. I proceeded to tell her my substitutions and she said oh wait I know we can't do that, and as I walked out I'd ask her if she was going to let a customer walk out unhappy like that? I won't get into the whole thing but I asked her for her manager's name and number and I will be contacting her. I just arrived at the tropical smoothie in Anderson and ordered the same exact way and they gave it to me the way I wanted it with no questions asked I'm posting the receipt. In Anderson they even subbed the sugar out for protein I didn't even ask him to do it. It's much easier to be nice to people.

This location stays great over the years. Super impressed with the staff at 5 minutes to close on Saturday night July 12th. Friendly, respectful, high school kids that did a great job.

Mango Monsoon is a smoothie you simply must try to understand why I wrote this review. It's incredibly delicious. They also offer other fantastic smoothies like Island Greens and Sunrise Sunset, just to mention a couple. And let's not forget the wraps... Caribbean Jerk Chicken (available in regular or vegan), Chicken Bacon Ranch, and Hummus Veggie are just a few options that will keep you satisfied for hours

Amanda the GM is great, greets with a smile, order was correct and tasted great, she always asking is there anything I need. Great place to eat, and drinks are delicious

As a door dasher, when I had a horrible experience outside (away from the restaurant due to another drivers negligence.) the staff here, were not only great in helping and replacing the items lost, they were compassionate, comforting, you know what they were human! I am beyond grateful that they turned a horrible situation into something a lot more bearable. Again thank you…

Smoothies are wonderful the current staff is so sweet
I ordered the mixed berry Greek yogurt and never have I had this issue before, until today. The strawberry’s are either soggy or brown in color.

I love Tropical Smoothie my beverages are always perfect. I get the Bahama Mama or I customize the Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter w/ Almonds and White Chocolate! The cashier Tala is amazing and kind!!
