The warehouse manager really helped out and got everything straightened out in less than an hour. However, it is better to arrive with a clean trailer. Even if the trailer is clean, they may still require a wash. Make sure to stop at a truck wash and do a trailer washout, as they check every trailer. The nearest wash is about 30-40 miles from the facility. Also, do not forget to pre cool and set the reefer to -10. If the trailer is clean and pre cooled, the process is in and out in about 30 minutes. Otherwise, be ready to spend between 1.5-4 hours.
