Avoid this place. Brought a load and felt disrespect right away because of my accent. They made me wait over 3 hours while prioritizing others, refused two boxes for being “slightly tilted,” then later put those same boxes back into my trailer. I was also told to put on a jacket and “cover my body,” while another driver next to me was standing in a T-shirt with no issue. After that I waited another 40 minutes for paperwork, left, and minutes later they told me to come back because now they wanted those boxes after all. Completely disorganized and disrespectful. Reject still on the record for no valid reason. Avoid this place.

Great service, very helpful staff. Broker messed up with my load but warehouse manager really helped me out and got everything straightened out in less than an hour. Would definitely come back again for another load

Waited 6 hrs for a load of waffles that took 15 minutes to be loaded. Absolutely bullshit, this ridiculous wait time screwed my delivery time the next morning and caused me to lose entire weekend of revenue.

Even if your trailer is clean, they may still require you to go to a wash and keep the receipt with you. Even if you washed it yesterday, they can still ask you to wash it again. Unfortunately, the nearest wash is about 40 miles from the facility, so it is better to arrive with a clean trailer.

But they’re working very slow even though you checked in before your appointment time their answer is they’re behind and busy and they don’t have restrooms for drivers it’s ridiculous .
You may park in front of the gate for overnight parking 3-4 trucks

they refused unloading my trailer because the guy said i’ve worked enough for today and i’m tired
had to go park in truck stop and wait till monday
because stupid guy felt tired that day

I been working here going on 4 years some in production and some in shipping and receiving i have seen alot of people come and go but its not a bad job at all I love the shipping manger she keep it real and very professional with it most people get they self fired by not coming to work on time or no doing they job smiple as that

Great service 45 min late for delivery still was unloaded within a hour definitely would haul for them again

Make sure you stop at blue beacon truck wash and do a trailer washout it's about 30+ miles away from here close I should say because they will check if not you wont get a load from them & then set your reefer to -10 have it nice & cool and you'll be in/out in no time

Do not take any loads from this place. They are rude, lazy and unprofessional. Especially the big black guy that was working at 11a 8/27/25 in the receiving area

Trailer was clean and pre cooled. In and out in about 30 mins. Come with a clean trailer and pre cooled. You'll be out just as fast is what the shipper told me. I'll definitely come back again.

Great place to pickup never have a problem.
