I love UJ! Sammie is the best waitress, so kind and attentive, always going above and beyond. The southwest quesadilla and loaded tots are always are go to. And cannot forget about the manager, Harvey, always making sure his guests are known and taken care of (plus making the best drinks)!! Our favorite neighborhood establishment. Good time, food, drinks, and even better staff.
Universal Joint’s happy hour is their saving grace. $2 PBR drafts, and multiple other options are a great deal away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Greenville. The food is alright. I haven’t tried everything, but the “classic” menu items like chicken fingers or wings are just subpar. The sauces are house-made, which I do love, but they try too hard, in my opinion. My first time dining here. Riley was an absolute ROCKSTAR server. Didn't have to wait any excessive amount of time. The brisket dip was phenomenal. Place was a little loud for my taste but not the restaurants fault. Will definitely have to come back here again
