As soon as i walked through the door, i was welcomed by the amazing front of house staff. They were patient while we picked our seats and food. CARSON WAS AMAZING. She recommended drinks that were so delicious and made sure to check on us consistently and made sure our visit was top tier!
We reserved some space at UJ to host an event to celebrate the life of my mother, who was long time resident of the neighborhood and recently passed away. Many of our friends and most of her neighbors attended to share their memories of Mom. All told we had about 25-30 people show up over the 2-hour period. Our hostesses, Taylor and Olivia and the rest of the staff were awesome. Thanks to everyone at UJ for making the event a success.
I am not one for reviews but I figured after coming for 7 almost 8 years, this Joint finally deserves one! What can I say, the people have gone from friends to family & this atmosphere is what has kept me around. Your true neighborhood bar. It’s not fancy but it’s real.
