I came across this place and was looking forward to trying it. It was around 3pm so there was nobody in line. As I waited, three employees walked by behind the counter - one verbally acknowledged me and kept walking. They all remained behind the counter doing their own thing, being oblivious to someone waiting to place order. Finally, someone approached the cash register and as i spoke, i was immediately interuptted by someone behind me. The cashier shifted his attention to him and walked away, forcing me to wait again. He was not placing an order, but had a request. I didnt not get any acknowledgement or apology from either. As I waited for my drinks, it seems to be longer than normal wait time and many thoughts was running through my head. Is he going to shout out my order? Could the drinks he is making be someone else order? Where will he place the coffee- do I need to watch him? Luckily, he brought the drinks over to me- but it didn't lessen my overall experience.Based on the coffees alone, it wasn't worth the service. As much I want to say it wasn't deaf accessible, it seems to be more employees needing to work on awareness or better priority management.

Unlocked coffee is amazing. I have purchased their decaf coffee beans many times and decided to try their cafe. I had the seasonal graham cracker. The honey was slightly overpowering but still good. We also tried the cinnamon roll latte. It had great flavor and really accentuated the coffee flavor. The inside of the coffee shop was extremely spacious. The space allowed for us to spread out and it created more privacy for conversations. It would also be good space for studying

Phenomenal coffee and team. My go-to is always a lavender latte, but their cold-brew is top-notch. Love their team!

The best espresso I’ve had since being in Colombia. Unlocked has the cozy, welcoming, Latin vibe I was looking for in GVL. They have gluten free options with traditional cheese bread baked fresh to boot.Dietary restrictions: So accommodating for the gluten free crowd!!! Run don’t walk!

Delightful little coffee shop. Have bought several bags of fresh beans from them lately (the single origin Kenya and Mexico were excellent). Knowledgable and friendly service.

Great layout and coffee although it does seem to take a while to get my drinks. I typically get a decaf americano- If they are taking this time to dial in, I am all for it :)My experience with the food has been inconsistent. Had a bad experience with a savory chicken pastry but had a winner with some of the sweeter items. I have only had food 5-6 times, so it may have been a fluke.Worthwhile place, all things considered.

I've always loved their staff, but Cosette takes the cake. She is a gem of hospitality and cheer that lights up the shop. Columbian pastries solid as always. Love the facility.Kid-friendliness: It's quiet but there's lots of room to explore outside and inside the building.

This was my first time and I would definitely reccomend going if you are in or near downtown Greenville. The place was great to get a coffee, treat and hang out with friends. The cinnamon roll latte was awesome and the Pandebono I highly recommend. Say hey to Dawson while you are there.

This is a neat little local coffee shop! I got an iced cinnamon roll latte, which was very tasty! The shop has a very nice, quaint vibe to it as well. I could definitely see myself coming back here to study or get some work done!
