I called in at 9:07 pm and was told I couldn’t order food so I left my job for break and came across town to place my order and was told I couldn’t place a order for fried rice but I said why wasn’t I told that over the phone the lady stated she didn’t know what the order was I said of course you stated over the phone I couldn’t place a order so she then proceeded to say the grill closed at 9:15pm but never stated that over the phone she only said no orders over the phone and they close at 10:30 pm so now I wasted my gas time and break to deal with these ppl yes they have great food but the service is poor won’t be coming back and so if you want good food and bad service this place is for you!

There are very rude no good customer service. They took my money and kept the food. After they must it up So now I have to go to civil court on them if I was you, I wouldn't even eat from here.my last time they wanted get my service no more run for your life

Hate to leave a bad review because the food is not bad. But the lady in there is definitely rude. Ive doordashed from them and someone stole my order and I tried fixing it with them and the lady started catching an attitude and gave the phone away while i was in middle of speaking. Today I’m leaving and made a mistake and forgot to tell them no cheese and I asked if they could take it off and only thing they did was scrape cheese off. Dont understand why it couldnt be remade but the lady was rude blaming me which I take accountability but being rude about it is a No-Go !!! She is very rude and disrespectful

I asked the dumb worker to correct the order since the wrong button was selected at the time of the order or give me a refund. She refused to correct the order and stated she will not give me my money because it wasn’t her fault . It doesn’t matter who fault it is because at the end of the day you wanna make sure you customer leaves happy and satisfied these people didn’t give a damn.

If you ever drunk anything from here and your stomach hurts its probably because of the mold that's in the ice and drink machine. The black dust bunnies that is built-up on top of the machine is disgusting
