I think this is my new favorite addiction. Top things I look for in the food industry: 1. Cleanliness 2. Professional staff 3. Good atmosphere 4. And of course, great tasting, fresh quality food. The different spices and freshness of the chicken, French fries, the cilantro rice and yucca (just few of the dishes I tried) exceeded my expectations and makes me want to go back for more. Growing up I thought El Pollo Loco was good, but this tops that. They marinade the chicken for 24 hours and the chicken they use is hormone free. It was perfectly seared and just bursted with flavor. Highly recommend!!!

I had been thinking about stopping in for a while. My daughter and I went for lunch and it was so worth it!! The specialty drinks were so good!! It was super busy so it was a little loud.

Walked into this restaurant that was bustling with diners. We had just hiked 7 miles so we were feeling exceptionally hungry. We ordered two whole chickens with six sides of plantains, fried yuca, green beans, cilantro rice, french fries, and canary beans. The food came out super fast and they gave us lots of plates. The chicken was plump and juicy and tender. It was better than any other rotisserie chicken I had, and the marinade gave it a slight kick. The sides stole the spotlight too. The fried yuca was doughy, crispy, and had a salt lightly sprinkled over it. The plantains were charred nicely, the edges crispy. The french fries were surprisingly really good and were hot and fresh. The only minor issue I had with the food were the green beans which were too salty for me. The staff were very nice and checked up on us constantly. They were also very patient with us when we ordered because it was our first time. Honestly, there was so much food, I was surprised we finished it all. The pricing isn't bad for a lot of chicken and plenty of sides. I would definitely come back again. Would highly recommend!
