Candace and the crew provided this first-timer with a truly welcoming, fun, and memorable experience. When Candace learned I hadn’t been to a Waffle House before, she darted over to her station and retrieved a cooks hat for me to wear. She and the rest of the staff were joyful, conversational and efficient. They made great recommendations on ordering options. Our food was hot and delicious - totally blowing my expectations out of the water. Can’t wait to come back.

We was never able to eat. It was a hot mess. Empty tables were dirty and needed to be cleaned. 3 booths and the long table beside the register was dirty. When we got there a booth was being cleaned but the dirty dishes was being put on the table beside the register. We left and took our service to IHOP.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any restaurant. We ordered our food through the app which was extremely annoying and would not allow me to add special instructions for my food to be cooked well done as well as any other instructions.

When I arrived to pick up this order that was not even gonna be cooked to specifications anyway. Only part of the order was prepared and I had to sit and wait for over 10 minutes for the other part of my order be cooked while the rest of us sit there and continue to get cold. When I complained about this and asked if I could get a re-cook or a refund of any kind, the road waitress named “breezy“ said hell, no laughed at me and walked away! Then I asked for the order number so that I may leave a complaint regarding the situation and ask for a refund through corporate, she gives me attitude about this. The Koch, who was polite during the entire situation printed my receipt so that could have my order number. The rude waitress did not stop here. No she decided to further complicate the situation by demanding that I get up off of her table, as if I was not welcome to be there or even so much to sit at one of our tables while I waited for them to correct their mistake!! Unbelievable! When I refuse to get up from her table, she then starts cussing and yelling at me and the man that I leave the store!! Worst experience at any waffle House or any restaurant otherwise! Waffle House has been going downhill for many years and this is unacceptable from the ordering process, the cooking process to the customer service. I would definitely never return to this location and will most likely never order from another waffle house. Period.

The older woman serving me was in a bad mood. I had been standing there for over 10 minutes, and they had three free, but dirty, tables. So my girlfriend and I sat down at one to wait for it to be cleaned, but the woman yelled at us and said it wasn't clean and that we should get up. We waited another 5 minutes, and no one cleaned. I don't know what her problem was, but I noticed her racist attitude.

What a beacon of hope for the quick-service restaurant industry. This Waffle House has a chipper staff and an upbeat feel. It's as if they've all decided they like their job and that they're going to create pleasant experiences for diners. Shorty (our server) is so nice and sweet. And all the other workers seemed to be having a good time as well.

Yesterday, we needed a place where we could eat quickly and make six separate people happy with the fare. This is where Waffle House shines. Nobody ever dislikes their Waffle House meal. I mean it.

Lastly, my 78-year-old mother got a classic waffle for the first time in years (decades maybe). She could not believe how delicious it was and what she's been missing out on.

I went in 9 coffee and a breakfast pastry, but no breakfast pastry was available. $2.50 is a bit steep for a cup of 8.
