we came here on the way back down to orlando and I just had to leave a review because of how amazing the food and service was ! Dee’asia (I think that was her name I might have butchered the spelling) was so sweet and the coffee was hot and my cup was refilled before I even had time to think of asking for more ! the waffles were super crispy on the outside but still fluffy in the middle as well as the hashbrowns being crisp.

This has to be the worst waffle house around. You can't make an order over the phone so you can't get what you really want. You make the order online and they screw it up EVERY TIME. You would think their chili is gold since we've paid for it to be added twice and both times its been left off then you gotta go back wait ten minutes for someone to ask what you need and by then all your damn food is cold.

Abby and the other employees were friendly and professional, treating me and my guest along with all patrons of the restaurant with a joyful attitude and energetic personalities. The cooks made our food fast and our meals very delicious. True masters of their crafts. The store was clean and the staff were continually tidying up as they went. All customers left with a smile and my guest and I, along with more of my friends will be back to visit frequently.

Added to the list of places I'll never eat at again. A roach crawled across the booth where we were sitting - the staff didn't even seem bothered by this. Also, staff was too busy socializing to refill coffees.

When did they change the menu and allow ppl who don’t work there to serve drinks. Refused to serve eggs and toast had 7 items for sale and it’s garbage they were rude as hell I’ll never eat there regardless of situation and my mice and son spent &37 bucks on 3 plates that looked like this the other ppl need to bring huddle house back cause Waffle House is slick

Service was terrible the boys where filthy standing water in the seats food way under cooked staff was rude manager on duty was very disrespectful took my 20$ for two cups of coffee and refused to give the receipt food was cooked wrong twice and two plates of food got cold and all they could day was we should have ate the waffle when two people ordered waffles and only one was brought to the table with no butter and when asked for more butter it was never brought manager refused to listen to the complaint and was asked to leave and never come back
