I order four eggs, scrambled with cheese, a side of sausage patties and a side of bacon extra crispy. When my plate came out it had grits, toast, jelly, and lots of other sugar laden items on it...which I am not able to consume. Had I wanted toast, grits, jelly etc, I would have ordered it. So, the order comprehension at this place gets a zero. Also, no silverware with my to-go order. So, out of ten, I give this waffle house a zero 🤷

We were undecided and we got there but the lady who took our order was very patient so I made sure I tip it well, once we did decide what we wanted we didn't have to wait long and everything was perfect without order. They were very friendly and patient with us

We went here on a Friday evening with the classic waffle house meal.
Party of four. No other customers
Every table was dirty, Dishes were still on the tables
The cook and the waiter were both sitting down.
Food was OK… But not Waffle House good. This location appears to be terribly managed and run.

If you are looking to eat something delicious, you are in the wrong place. The staff is terrible. They make the food against your taste and also give you raw and horrible food. My son got sick to his stomach when eating. They need to be more hygienic, not dirty and boring when serving people.

Appears to be a bit of drama with the staff today, and it bleeding over into waitress interaction with customers. Waitress was dismissive, confrontational to customer and having a disagreement with the cook loud enough for patrons to overhear.

I stopped by this location for a late night breakfast order to-go. the service was slower than I'm use to from my neaborhood Waffle House due to the sever having long conversations with the cook and not taking my order. There's was only one couple dinning in when I arrived and there order was being prepared but it took longer than usual because the cook kept being distracted by the sever taking
Walked in and all the tables were dirty. When we did find somewhere to sit it took awhile for the server to come to us. Once we did get our orders taken the person making the food took awhile to even start anything cause he was playing on his phone. I assume the server burnt herself but she came somewhat close to us and started rubbing her arm with mustard and was groaning and wouldn’t stop until one of us looked up and said something. Then verbally also got upset when someone didn’t tip her. On top of that my whole order of food didn’t come out so I had to ask twice for it and by then we were so ready to get out of there! Don’t recommend😟

They were busy and I guess stressed out with 6 workers. We walked in and go to sit down and the lady snaps at us not to sit if it’s not clean. But no one is in any hurry to clean so people can sit. The workers are just standing there. You’ll be much better off driving 5 mins away to the location in mauldin, also busy but SO nice and helped us as soon as we walked in. They could definitely take some notes from this location.

Every time we have asked for gravy the same older woman tells us yall do not have gravy and that we would not want it. Makes me wonder if she is just lazy because it was empty and she was talking to another employee or if there is something actually wrong with the gravy here. Either way to visit twice in the last couple of weeks and being told the same thing by the same person either tells me there is bad service here or something is wrong with the gravy.
