Nasty food and rude workers including the manager. The workers wanted to start a fight with me because they wanted me to buy a drink with my FREE food item. I told them my coupon didn’t include the buy one get one deal, only a VIP free food item but they didn’t believe me. The manager thought he was right but knew he was wrong (he didn’t admit it) while reading the coupon deal. Long story short don’t go to Waffle House with a VIP free food item coupon because they will argue with you to buy an item and treat you bad.

Went 2 days after hurricane helene due to no power and asked for two hashbrowns bc I don't eat meat lady said they are only doing hashbrowm bowls "nothing more, nothing less", "per corporate" after cutting me off for asking...
However the last WH i went to let me get just hashbrowns - that nothing more nothing less comment was unnecessary regardless, completely rude waitress and was all in how she said it rather than what was said too.

Upstate Watercraft

One of the regular breakfast stops with the work crew. Always good service, food is always cooked correctly. Shoutout to Dolly, she is great!!

My boyfriend and I went to waffle House and noticed that the inside was a little packed and not much seating for just the two of us. So we decided to mobile order at 11:50 PM and etc. order be ready by 12:40 but we didn’t end up getting it till 1 AM. we tipped and then realized to go orders get 20% tax charge for money to go towards the workers. So why did we tip? The wait time was ridiculous for how many people were actually there. I want my money back.
Our food was COLD after all that waiting.

The under tall heavy weight waitress has zero reason to be working with people on any level. Rude from the moment I walked in. I was barely in my seat and she asked me what I wanted to order. She never brought me silverware. Never asked if I needed more coffee until she brought me the bill and I had finished my meal. I goto Waffle House all the time Store 830 which is the best. This one is a joke. Won’t ever go back there.

Great food and have had great service before. Stopped in for breakfast and walked out. A lady with burgundy hair (didn't catch her name) wiped our table and began talking to the cook with her back turned. Our seat had food smeared into it. The cook looked and stated that the lady would come over. The lady stated "she already wiped that table" and turned around and continued with her conversation. I tried to explain to her that my seat still had food in it. She ignored and continued her conversation, so I walked out. I heard the comment "patience is a virtue" as I walked out. I didn't leave because the place was busy and lack of patience. I left because the lady was rude and the least busy person in the building. No way I was going to leave her a tip. She was just standing there talking and being disrespectful. Place needs a manager.
