I come in, no greeting, so I sit down. I wait for 10 minutes and then see a roach. Need I say more? I got up and left. I will stick to my favorite location on Pelham rd (morning crew is amazing) because this one should be shut down until the pests are gone. That’s just nasty.

After waiting for everyone in line (arriving both before and after me) to sit down so I could place a Togo order, like I was asked to upon arrival. I stepped up to place my order, was then told "we're not taking any to go orders." I love Waffle House but this location is not run well. I'm not mad, just disappointed.

It's waffle House. The breakfast bowls are delicious, The prices have gotten high like every thing else, a bowl and a coffee was $12.

Waffle House has always been my to go place, I always go with my son to eat. I will no longer be going to this location. The staff is slow and rude. I walking in for breakfast and there was an empty place and was waiting for the table to be clean. That table sat there for another 10 mins before they attempted to clean. Couple mins go by and they still don’t clean it. I would understand if they were busy but they weren’t. So we took it upon our self to wipe it down and sit down. Apparently we were rude and when we asked what was the problem they ignored us. Then they told us to go eat somewhere else. Worst service and worst attitudes ever. Who ever is managing this place obviously doesn’t care about their customers.

Service leaves much to be desired!Ordered decaf coffee and they took forever to make it.I asked for lemon with my tea and I was told they didn't have any after it was dropped off on my table. When I asked for water instead she somehow found lemon.Also, I originally asked if they had chili and was told they were out of it.The restaurant is a wreck and absolutely needs to be cleaned!!!I will not be back to this location.

We had a simple order that the waitress couldn’t get correct after two try’s. She had a very bad attitude. The cook did not have control of this restaurant. One server (female with green hair) was working so hard to help. But the cook and other server did not care. Took 45 minutes to get the first screwed up meal. Very poor management.

After a long night of working I was really hungry and by that time the only place open was of course Waffle House! So I made my way to the one on Woodruff rd. As I am heading to the door I noticed that there were two workers sitting and talking and looking at me like why is he there! As I entered I was told they could only do take out. The only reason I was given was that the grill had to be cleaned. So I asked if they can still cook the order then what difference would it make if I can sit to eat. The I was told oh well I can only make you a waffle so I can clean. So the story changed when they realized that their story made no sense whatsoever. So I asked for an explanation and they were not interested in answering my questions. They both had really bad attitudes and should find some kind of work that has nothing to do with people! It was obvious they just didn’t want to do anything I had just interrupted the conversation and I guess their peaceful night of doing nothing! Sometimes just having a warm body to work for you is just counterproductive seeing how they make it clear that you’re not welcome.

We waited for 30 minutes because it was busy. Then all tables except for one left. We waited another ten minutes for someone to clean a table, any table. We finally sat down, waited 15 minutes and no one came to take our drink order etc. meanwhile the waitresses were laughing and chatting in the corner. The cooks were sitting down because there was literally no one else there. We finally walked out. The facility was also completely disgusting and hadn't been cleaned in a very long time.

IT'S CHRISTINA GENTLEMEN! There's was a tall man of color cooking and a young man with pretty blue eyes. It was about 4 p.m. and I got a carryout order.These gentlemen were so funny and sweet and the food was AMAZING! They said this location doesn't get much business and I'm telling you IT'S THE BEST ONE I'VE HAD IN SOUTH CAROLINA!!! WH is my daughter, my husband, and my FAVORITE!!! From now on, this is the ONLY one we will go to!!! Please go give them your business, enjoy the atmosphere and food, and TIP YOUR SERVER!!! I'll see y'all again SOON!!!
