They just turned us away at 1128pm saying carry out orders only after 1130pm. Shift supervisor wasn’t nice and his staff felt awkward. Will never go back to that location.

Employees and manager were nasty and rude. Previous customer asked for money back. The cook is very slow and dirty looking like everyone else that works there. They are more worried about playing on their phones than taking care of customers. The orders aren’t correct and they treat customers like they are bothering them. All employees working on 11/18/25 at 8:45am need to be fired immediately. I will be speaking to corporate.

We had an overall great experience! Our server, Malachi, was very efficient and courteous. We were served timely and the food was hot. When we’re in South Carolina again, we definitely will visit.

I haven't stop by this Waffle House location in a while. I stopped today with my family. And we did have a nice experience. The waiter Malachi(I hope I got it right). A young man very polite taking our orders. The only down was he disappeared for a moment and we need drink refills. Thanks to him and everyone on this location.

Came in today to order a grilled chicken and double hash, diced, peppered and smothered. The chicken sandwich wasn’t the way I asked, and the cook argued with me. Like really argued with me! To the point I had to defend myself l. I get to work and the hash browns aren’t even cooked the way I ordered them. They are diced and smothered but not peppered. I can’t get in touch with staff by phone and I don’t have the time to go back in there norw the energy To go back and forth with the cook on how I ordered my food. I’m disappointed and stressed and will no longer be visiting that restaurant due to the ignorance and disrespect!

Me and my lady went here for a quick dinner date and there wasn’t many people but the quiet was nice and prices are amazing. Both of the ladies that were working were super sweet and the food was delicious!

They need to fire their cook. Food was poorly made and bacon was full of grease. Eggs were cold and cheese grits had a slice of unmelted cheese on it.

Great place to eat, the register, worker I call “Sweet Lennie” is the sweetest old lady you would ever meet. My food was ready in less than 5 min. The food was absolutely amazing. Thank you for the amazing Southern hospitality.

It take almost 35 minutes for my food and I only order a bacon egg cheese sandwich with scrambled eggs, and double hashbrowns on the side. It was literally 3 to 4 customers in there. The man who took my order had a horrible attitude in act like he didn’t understand my order!! The cook was just so lost.. 😡
