Placed an order online. Got there and food wasn't even in. Some excuses about nobody taught her how to do online orders. The harder I looked at her with pursed lips, she "found it" Poor service, almost if she thought I'd walk away from a paod for $20 order.

Came in, sat down. Ten minutes later. Zero service. No coffee. One waiter hustling. The other just wandering around. No manager. No communication. Nothing. Got up and walked out. This location will not get my business ever.

Today I waited almost like 45 minutes. I never got my food. I had to leave after just drink coffee paper for the coffee price only because surface it was not really good and I haven’t. I haven’t found anyone that he cares about the customer sitting inside that restaurant and I’m not recommended anyone to go over there.

Terrible,i come here more often on the weekends but weve been coming here on wednesday mornings,Grits look a lil crazy.Told April the server and she got upset.I wanted a simply apple juice as my drink but it had looked like its been sitting in the fridge all year??..Terrible

Mary was our miserable attitude server. Let’s start with the two broken eggs when I asked for over easy. Then I asked Mary for butter and Mary gave me fake butter spread. The thin waffle with the bad syrup was the end.

Great service and loved this place. Had the Texas Bacon Cheesesteak Melt and it was wonderful.Our server was super helpful and the recommendation for the chipotle mayo was spot on. Very enjoyable and will be back for more!
Waffle House 875 has Awesome staff, great service, delicious food, clean restaurant, and makes happy babies! Thank you for the lovely meal and delightful atmosphere. Definitely will have to come again soon.Kid-friendliness: Fun hats, crayons, coloring, and Butterfly Waffles!

There waffle used to be the best thing ever thin and crispy now its an over praised pancakes think im at ihop so lame
They need to let that old lady retire. She held on to the wall to walk around. I felt bad. I couldn't allow her to serve us.
