This should be one if the first to close. The employees are rude and lazy and their manager isn't any better. It has declined for years. The only reason it has made it is because it's the only one in the area. They could be great but choose not to be.

Staff were kind, and fast despite it being the dinner rush. I got takeout from the dinning room because my window doesn't roll down. Tables were cleaned, everything was well stocked. I was disappointed to find they charge for sauces now but it is what it is I guess.

Wednesday, October 1 at 7:15 AM I went through drive-through at the Wendy’s by Prisma Hospital before I place my order. I asked if dining room was open and with an attitude the lady just said no. When I got to the window, she still had an attitude Customerservice was horrible!! No, Customer should be treated that way!

The Taco Salad doesn't stand up to a real sit down Mexican Restaurant taco salad.
For Dollar and change more I can eat a real Mexican Restaurant taco salad, sit down, and be waited on, with excellent iced tea unsweetened or sweetened, with chips and pincante.
I suppose I'm getting spoked eating in the priceyer places rather than fast food.

Very nice building. Staff are all super great, even with the massive crowds.
The food and service is usually very good. I go every Sunday with my grandparents because it’s their favorite place to eat. The only downside is the bathrooms are usually disgusting

I ordered bacon cheese potato & sour cream & chives potato, both potatoes was so small & dried out. I was disappointed! When I took them back, the manger couldn't believe they served them potatoes,I gave her the receipt to prove it. She was very rude. I just asked for my money back.
