I ordered a double Baconator meal with no mayo at the drive-thru. A male worker brought the bag to my car window. The meal was for my passenger. After opening the wrapper, and lifting the top bun of the burger; we saw that there was globs of mayo on the Baconator. I went inside and explained their error. I was given yet ANOTHER Baconator with globs of mayo after specifically telling the workers No Mayo. This is just one reason why we prefer the Wendy's by the Prisma Hospital.

So I pulled to the drive thru and sit 2 mins before anyone say anything, I had to tal the horn just to get that. They girl has a nasty attitude. I just drove off before I had to curse someone out. I wasn't going to let her ruin my day. Poor customer service. All you had to do is say can you please hold. Remember you, its nobody in the drive thru line also.

We stopped in to have lunch before a doctor's appointment near the restaurant. It appeared that they freshened up the Wendy's sign but the building was in poor shape. Although it took longer than expected to be waited on, the cashier was exceedingly pleasant and friendly. There was only one or two other customers there. I ordered 2 single combos. I wanted large drinks but they had no lids for large or medium drinks so we got small and they did not refund the difference or offer something to make up for the difference in price. I wasn't told that there were no lids for the lg/med cups until after I paid. The burgers weren't too awful but I had to remove some of the mayo and catsup as it was dripping. My mom got some on her shirt. The fries were room temp and the potato had a funny taste to it. I had to ask for catsup as well as butter and sour cream. I was disappointed.

No staff at 11 AM so no ability to serve lunch for 10-15 minutes. Came back 15 minutes later and still no staff and not sure when it would be possible to order.
The service I received was truly outstanding — far beyond what I expected. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Highly recommended! Thanks to mainly Octavia and Tia. Great workers 👏.

The fries were good, but the wait was not - they seemed to be having some fulfillment issues. The counter and dining areas were pretty clean but the restrooms, not so much. Staff was pleasant.

Once we pulled up to the speaker, we had to wait 15 minutes. Before some little heifer got an attitude and took our order like Forrest. Gump was reading a crayon box. Not only that, once we paid for our order, we were pulled yet again waited another 20 minutes only to receive 3 cold sandwiches, a Sprite that tastes like dirt water and missing our French fries. I was trying to give this place a second chance because my husband is a truck driver. We come down here ever so often and unfortunately, we were stuck with this Wendy's. Yet again this place sucks
