Needs to be a little cleaner (really doesn't take much to do) And even if you've clocked out, be friendly to customers ! Food (burger/fries) was fresh & good !

I don’t frequent here a lot but when I do the service is outstanding. A lot of fast food places in this area are terrible with service and food quality but this Wendy’s location does not disappoint. I was there today shortly after 1pm at the drive thru and the two ladies working were professional and friendly, sorry I didn’t get their names.. So many customers today depend on reviews when choosing a business so I like to give credit where credit is due. Dont change a thing!

Have to wait in line for 45 minutes then they didn't even get my order right. After I waited for 45 minutes, I tried to go inside to tell them my order was wrong and the lobby was locked. So I didn't get all my food and basically waited for no reason. The food that was actually in my bag looked and tasted terrible. It looked like they just threw it in the bag.
The kid in the drive-thru laughed at what I ordered for my family. The service is slow and the restaurant is dismally disgusting. The folks who work there seem to have some entitlement even though they work at a Wendy's.

I've always enjoyed going to this place for the longest, getting breakfast, lunch, or dinner but I seriously think they're dropping the ball when it comes to certain items. The Frosty Cream Cold Brew has always been a hit or miss whenever I order it, most of the time tasting extremely bitter and like it's watered down and I can always tell by how dark it looks if it's gonna taste bitter or not. Is this seriously what they replaced the old Frosty Ccino with?

I purchased a Chicken Ranch wrap and a cobb salad today. The price of the wrap didn't match what was paid for it. Getting ready to eat my COBB SALAD and Ceasar Dressing and Parmesan crisp were giving to me. I was not asked if I wanted substitutes either.
