If someone orders unsweetened tea. The person has a reason for not wanting sugar. I specifically questioned the gal at the window to make sure it wasn't sweet tea. She said that it was unsweetened. I get to work and it is sweet tea. I will not be back at night because this has happened more often than not in the evening. I am now stuck at work without my tea, because I can't drink sweetened tea. It was a simple read on the order and then to fail again when I asked. I am just over not getting things the way that I ordered them.

So I was not going to post anything on here because this is usually a pretty good store to come and get a hamburger when you get off work. But tonight I don't know what the hell is going on there? whoever the manager is tonight needs to be fired. Came through drive-thru when I got off work to grab me and my son a hamburger and they were raw here are the pics. I heard someone tell her are you sure them hamburgers are done. They said yes we're getting ready to close send it out. So I'm there at 11:30 you close at 12 and you're going to sell me raw hamburger. And then I tried to call back down there and no one answers the phone. So I'm throwing my money away because these are no good. I would have never post these pics but since you're not going to answer the phone everybody needs to see what you're selling there on your shift manager. You need to be fired...

Sat at the drive thru for 15mins waiting for them to take the persons order in front of us. Finally gave in and saw the workers goofing off in the kitchen when we left. It's 2:00 in the afternoon I wouldn't think it would take that long to get some service especially being that they were dead other than the 4 cars they had waiting to place their orders still.
I wanted to try the Krabby Patty meal because I heard the pineapple frosty was good. The location on Main St in Mauldin was not taking orders for some reason, so I drove all the way to this location. I ordered the meal & when I got to the window, I was handed a frosty that I assumed was the new pineapple frosty I ordered and told "there's no charge". I asked why no charge and she said she didn't know and stood there looking confused as to why I didn't drive away. She asked, "Is there anything else I can help you with?" I said I would like the meal I ordered and she said they didn't get an order. I repeated my order and now "no charge" didn't apply anymore. I was handed a bag that was just a normal burger and the frosty turned out to be a regular chocolate frosty.

We waited about 30 minutes in the drive thru for our food and no explanation was given as to why it took so long. They did apologize at least and gave us 3 free cookies for my children. However, they forgot the fries in my daughter's kid's meal and she was still hungry after just the nuggets.
