Yeah my husband is a little slow so he only waited for it to pass the light but I also worked beside the fire station at drive through and NEVER yelled at a costumer even though I had some do the same. The food was very nasty, I asked for them to remake the fries which they did with no problem but they were still nasty, they need to change their grease and not give burgers that they cooked at lunch time.

I’ve been getting food from this place for about 3 yrs or more sometimes 2 meals a day. I’ve never had a problem until now. The 1st time a few weeks ago I came in the night shift it was a light skinned young man after I placed my order me and my daughter was standing there waiting and right in front of me he put his hands down his pants and instantly I was like nah let me get my money back. Well a few weeks passed I took a chance stopped in I saw him back there and was gonna leave but the manager was like I got ya and I’ll make the food. So I was like cool thank you cause I don’t trust him. Well I was waiting and he made a point of coming from the back up near the drive thru window and turned towards me smirking. I found that super disrespectful especially when I have my special needs teen with me. So I asked what’s so funny he replied I can laugh or smile and I said not at me. So all of a sudden he said something smart and puff his chest up at me while they was pulling him back. Like is this kids seriously tripping I wasn’t even gonna say anything to him until he just started staring and smirking. Like you really want food with someone acting like that then the girl in the drive through started going on towards me talking about your a grown man and he 16. But he the 1 acting childish he could have easily stayed in the back let the manager fixed my food and everyone happy. But he smarted off because he in the wrong and the manager and other girl was like he always doing smiling like that. But when someone put they hands they pants you come back someone else offer to make the food but then you take the time to walk up and smirk at the customer while I’m waiting. You don’t need a job if I done some mess like that to him in front of him I wouldn’t blame him for being mad at me either and I wouldn’t even had came up front and smiled like it was funny. Be professional not child like I came to get food not that petty crap. Now I gotta go to Pelham rd where people act professional and friendly. Not do something wrong and get mad when the person they wronged say something back because the staring and smirking while they say that’s just him. And to buck up in front of my kid like and my son talking about them other dudes just staring you down daddy.
