Service is lousy and unreliable. Ordered the new 4 peice chicken tender meal and got a random kids meal. When I went inside to get to retrieve the correct order, I received the new tender meal with only 3 strips. After a long 12 hour shift, this is the service I am presented. I have had a few other issues in the past with this specific establishment such as no cheese on a CHEESEBURGER, and chili that was completely void of meat. Service needs MAJOR adjustments!!

Messed up my entire order and I didn’t get the other half of my order.. happened 5 minutes ago before posting this review.. less than impressed and I repeated my own order back to them multiple times and they still got it wrong.. not surprised. Would like a refund.. didn’t get my order DO BETTER!!

Waited at the drive thru to pick up my mobile order 10mins while 2employees sat om the back stairs. Then someone came to the speaker and said go ahead with your order and I was ignored 5more mins. Very poor customer service.

Was pretending to be closed while sitting on phones with lights off. Called to ask if open but said they were only doing fries since they were about to close, but they didn’t close for another 3 hours. When I asked why they ignored me at the window and about the time they closed they just didn’t respond .

I witnessed an employee engaging in unprofessional conduct outside, which escalated into threats of physical violence upon entering the establishment. It was concerning to see five employees standing by, taking no action, while the staff member who took my order displayed rude behavior. When the manager applied the military discount, they mentioned being off the clock, which raised questions about their presence behind the counter where food preparation was underway. This experience suggests potential issues with management. Having worked in the fast food industry, I understand the importance of implementing structured processes to ensure a smooth operation. Regrettably, this experience has led me to decide against returning to this location, and I would not recommend it to others unless they are prepared for extended wait times.

Worst drive thru service in years and that's saying something. Lady taking order was rude and couldn't understand me, only to pull up and she had her air pods in. Did I mention she was extremely rude?

Food was cold and 2 of the 4 items ordered ended up being wrong despite correcting them until it appeared on the screen correctly. No straws for our drinks.

Been sitting in line for 5 minutes after placing order at window. They take your money, then have you pull forward for another 10 minutes. We just ordered 2 breakfast biscuits & they weren't busy!
