My new go to spot to purchase whole beans!! We found this place on Google and didn't do too much research before stopping in. We didn't realize the storefront was mainly for picking up online orders. However the woman at the front was super helpful and kind to helping us get our beans regardless. She recommended the Milano for our espresso maker, and she did not steer us wrong! It was freshly roasted and pulled nicely with lots of crema, with a great taste. I'm so happy she didn't turn us away for not having an online order to pickup. Thank you!

Heather and I have been drinking West End Coffee Roasters' Smokey Mountain Blend dark roast coffee since we found it at our store in Asheville, NC back in 2014 or so. When the store went out of business I began ordering five pound bags from them. I ordered my coffee on Monday and literally got our fresh roasted coffee on Tuesday! West End is the best!!! Thanks so much y'all!!!

Absolutely wonderful coffee! I have always loved freshly roasted beans and this is among the best I have ever had. I ordered a bag of Milano regular and a bag of Milano Decaf, took them home and made some of each..amazing. Order to pickup time was 2 days! If this blend had been available where I grocery shop, I would have tried it sooner, but I will their customer as long as I live, now. Emphasize, not a location to drink coffee, just to pickup an online order.

Very cool local coffee roaster. I picked up a set of "sample sized" coffees. Excellent for picking a favorite flavor. Check out their website for their full lineup of coffees.

I thought this was a regular shop where you go in and buy coffee, so I stopped in. The very nice woman at the front explained that if you’re local you order off the website and pick it up.

That said, I was told if they had extra coffee roasted they would sell me that. I bought three bags, Costa Rica, Ethiopian and Kenya. All great coffees.

Highly recommended, and I’ll order online from now on.

The BEST coffee around!

Roasted my order super fast. Same day! Honestly one of my favorite cups ever! The woman at the desk was very friendly and helpful! I got the Brazilian Peaberry Legender whole bean and I have to say it's my new favorite!

My order was prepared while I waited. It was so fresh when I opened it, the fragrance went throughout my house without even brewing.

I just received my first order from West End Coffee Roasters, after having been served some of their coffee at a restaurant while visiting recently in Greenville, SC. It was very, very good and I immediately went to check out their website, knowing that I would order some ASAP for my return home. I selected three delightful-sounding flavors, then chose their Breakfast Blend, hoping that it was the one I’d had at the restaurant. Although I had low hopes for anyone actually reading it, I included a Note with my order complimenting the coffee I had been served at the restaurant, and that if it wasn’t the Breakfast Blend, to please substitute it if they knew which one is served there. Imagine my DELIGHT to see a bag labeled, “Exclusive Coffee Blend of Four Beans for ___________________ Restaurant.” And has the logo of THE RESTAURANT on the bag! AMAZING customer service, just amazing. I swear it’s been ten years since any company went out of their way like this to please us as customers. Sincere thanks! This is, hands down, the best coffee I have ever had in my life. I bought a 12 oz bag of the House Blend recently and the first sip was a whole new coffee experience. I was drinking a hot, freshly brewed cup (I drink it black) while working and had to stop typing and take a few seconds to close my eyes and enjoy it with no distractions. Each sip commands all of your senses together for that rich coffee flavor with subtle chocolate undertones. It is an extremely good cup of Joe. Well done!
