I would give 10 starts if possible on their customer service. Uber delivered our order incorrectly. Whataburger could have told us to take it up with Uber ; however, without hesitation the incredible staff offered to make our order ... again. Thank you Whataburger!

For burgers and awesome onion rings, Whataburger!! Try the sweet and spicy boneless wings!! No dipping sauce, this flavor is top of my list of delicious! Especially at 2 or three in the am when l wake up...that early, who wants breakfast...but they got that too

It was my first time eating here, and it was so good. The ladies that assisted us were so friendly!! It was the best fast food service I have gotten in several years. The food was amazing, and the inside was very clean, even the restrooms. I would recommend this location as opposed to others.

I don’t know what Shalonda is on today but that girl has the bestttt energy. Even if the food was bad I woulda left with a smile (the honey butter biscuit was delish per usual) but this girl deserves a raise. God bless her, I’m sure I’m not the only persons day she made.

This location is awesome! The staff is super sweet! PSA to everyone who goes through the drive thru at this location. Stay in the lane you ordered in, please. It confuses staff and messes with the flow! For my girl at the drive thru who gave me my food this evening: “Stay in your lane people!” If you know, you know ?❤️

This place is way overhyped. We used to go to the one when we lived in Texas and they were much better. Come on South Carolina you gotta do better than this. That's all I've heard about is Whataburger, Whataburger, Whataburger but I can't say WHAT-A-BURGER because it wasn't that great. My burger was cold and the meat wasn't anything spectacular. The fries were just like McDonald's and not fresh. The chocolate malt didnt have hardly any chocolate in it. For the most part, the staff acted like they didn't care. I might give another one in another location a try to see if they can do better but for now I'm disappointed.?
I didn't understand what the hype was about. I had a bacon cheeseburger combo. The onions theyput on it nearly over powered the actual hamburger taste. My wife had the patty melt and she wasn't satisfied either. So i it just wasn't for us

It took this person 3 times for 1 yes 1 order and I bet you they won’t get it right. I have been in line for at least an hour and there are a max of 6 cars.
