People were very friendly taking orders in the drive thru. Especially today since alot of people don't have comfort food due to the power outage since Friday. Food was great. Thank you Whataburger. 😊

Took my boys out for a bite. Nice food, the boys like it so that's a plus. Staff was very upbeat and friendly, very few customers so fairly quiet this time.
Mehh...you guys do know you're supposed to season the beef, right? Bland as hell. Drive-thru was the only option too.

I won’t ever be returning to this location. The lady at the drive thru window on 1/2/26 at 11:15 am messed up my order. I pulled up to the window to pay and waited a few minutes before anyone even took my payment. Then the lady said “I’ve got to resubmit your order bc it didn’t go through.” Then I check my order, which was supposed to be plain with white cheese only, and it had everything on the burger still. I drove around and went inside to get it fixed. They took it to the back and just did a poor job at scraping off everything bc there was still remnants of lettuce mustard etc still on the burger. So they didn’t even bother to re make the order and gave me the same burger back. I could have done that myself but I have certain dietary restrictions so scrapping off all the extra stuff will still make me sick even with a little bit of remnants on there. Unprofessional and unacceptable.
