People were very friendly taking orders in the drive thru. Especially today since alot of people don't have comfort food due to the power outage since Friday. Food was great. Thank you Whataburger. 😊
Ordered on the app, picked up in drive-thru. Gave me another person's order so I went inside to get my order. Got to the car and realized they forgot my fries. Went back through the drive through. They made me fresh fries and gave me a free apple pie but forgot my spicy ketchup but I wasn't going back to get some. Yes, I should have checked my order before leaving the first time. Staff was pleasant.
Seemed slow. Place was empty even though arrived during normal dinner hour of 6PM (I was the only customer in dining room and little take-away seen). Still I waited over 15 minutes for a burger and fries. Staff appeared not interested in being there. Sandwich not prepared with correct condiments as indicted on order ticket. Beef patties did taste better/fresher than most fast food burger joints.
