Ordered chicken bacon and ranch fries. Online order, get there and they advise they are out of the chicken for the fries. Offered to give me something else or to have the fries without chicken. I opted to just have the fries without the chicken. Half of the fries were burnt and just inedible. Very disappointing.

My wife placed an order for pickup, paid over $20 by card, received a confirmation text for our order telling us what time to pick the wings up. Just to show up to a locked door, no one to be found. 45 min before “close” No food, $20+ gone down the drain and no answers. What a joke of a business, truly. Please for the sake of your wallet and sanity DO NOT give this place any business. Or free money.

Wings smelled very disgusting I rather not go into details. I couldn't even eat it. So I basically wasted my money and my time. I will never in my life ever go back. I rather starve. I'm so pissed

The wings are very good however don’t plan on getting them here for a party. The last two times I’ve had issues with them being ready and today my order was ordered several days ago for pick up at six. When I arrived they told me they had to run out and get more wings.

We placed an order last night. Order was payed for and confirmed to be picked up at 8:50pm. We went to pick up the order and the place was completely closed. Business hours on their website states open until 11pm. My order was confirmed to be picked up at 8:50 and I was there at 8:50pm to pick it up. I just went over there today around 6pm to ask about my order and it is completely closed. There’s no sign anywhere. I called, and no one picks up. A answering service picks up and transfers me to voicemail. This is highly unprofessional!!!

It bothers me that they are still taking orders and taking payments even though the business is closed. I’ve ordered wings before several times. I’ve never had any issues. Wings have always been tasty.

This is unacceptable!

I have went to wing crave previous times but I have never ordered online. The first time that I did order online. I ordered all of my food and the email told me a time to get there and when I got to the facility, no one was inside. I waited around for about five minutes or so to see if possibly the person just stepped away to go to the bathroom and then open back up, but nobody ever came out. I then called and left a voicemail because no one answered. Nobody eve returned my call and let me know what had went on, so I had ordered food and driven 15 minutes to get the food and never received anything. then for that day, they didn’t even go back and un- process the orders so the transaction still went through as if I received my food and to this day, no one has still Called me back and let me know anything so if I go there in the future, I will not be ordering online. I will just go there in person and this is not to knock the food. The food is good, but that was just not a good experience on my behalf.

If I could give them negative stars I would. I ordered food on a Friday night before 9pm which it says they are open until 11pm and when I got there, the restaurant was closed. I tried calling them the next day and no answer. I even tried another day and got nothing. But one thing's for sure. They got my money. I never want to eat here and this would have been my first time eating there. Oh well
