Paid a $2.99 Delivery Charge, $13.50 tip, and a $2.00 service fee to get an order delivered and they neglected to put on the dipping sauces. Got one ketchup container. When I called to resolve the issue I spent 10 minutes on hold, called multiple times, and they did not answer. The order was still sealed when we received it.

The food was great like always and the customer service we received at this location was excellent. The manager Eddy and the cashier David went above and beyond helping us pick the best meal choice for our family of 4 and we even got complimentary drinks. We will definitely come back to this location the next time we come visit from Georgia.

I’m only giving it 2 stars because why would yall charge for ranch or blue cheese. If you are getting wings it should automatically come with dipping sauce. I understand if you was charging for extra dipping sauce but to not get any with your order is absurd and just money hungry atp. I wouldn’t dare pay for any dipping sauce and I hope others refuse to do the same. Use your own ranch or blue cheese at home. I’ll go to Pizza Hut for their wings before I pay for a ranch
Gross. Incompetent employees. Soggy wings and forgot food in delivery order. It’s not often we order Wingstop but this is by far the worst location we’ve ordered from. Definitely the last time..

I’m from out of town and had an amazing experience here thanks to the outstanding service! Melissa was absolutely fantastic—she patiently explained several menu items and even offered me a small sample of the Mexican Street spice to try. Her warm and friendly attitude made me feel right at home.
I had been working in a hot attic all day running cable and was really dehydrated. When I went to grab a Powerade from the soda machine and saw it was empty, Melissa noticed right away. She said, “Hold on one sec,” and came back almost immediately with the cartridges to refill it. That level of attentiveness was seriously impressive.
Melissa went above and beyond in every way. Service like that deserves to be recognized—thank you!
Oh, and before I forget the food was perfect as well!

I usually eat here a lot but today I ordered a 10 piece combo and get home to find human hair hanging off my chicken and the manager was cool but policy says nothing can be done unless the food is brought back to the store. I won’t be going back to that location again. Everyone check for hair before you leave the store.

The sauce is pretty much water . If you get two flavors it’s a blend of the two water sauces mixed with your dry wings .

employees lately have been great but they weren’t there today so it just sucked. super rude employees. called twice to place my order just to get put on hold. so i placed my order online. wouldn’t give me ranch on my $25 order, so i paid an extra $1.50 for a teeny tiny cup. girl bagging my food was rolling her eyes and scoffing at me. SUPER unhappy with the customer service, seems like we’re back to square one with the employees.

Will never eat at any location again!!!! Ordered food online May 16th. After 1.5hrs of patiently waiting, checked on my order. They didn’t have my order ticket. Asked for a refund, was told only the GM could refund online orders and to call back next day(Saturday). Also left my name and number for them to contact me. Called corporate that Friday night as well, was told I’d hear back in 3-4days. Called the store back the next day (Saturday), GM isn’t there again. Called back Sunday, GM still isn’t there. Keep being told to call back the next day. Staff was once again rude and unhelpful and tried to hang up on me. Called corporate again that Sunday, they are still no help. Said another 3-4days. Here it is Thursday, no call back from the store, no call back from corporate, no refund. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! No accountability or even care that it’s been a week and they still have my money for a service and product that wasn’t rendered. I am absolutely disgusted with this company. Please don’t spend your money here!

Worst place ever. Accidentally placed wrong order. Called same minute and canceled it. They didn't make food and said manager will refund my credit card. Its been 3 weeks. Called many times and they keep promising to refund and haven't done it yet. Please be careful and know they are not responsible out there. Also their food is tooooo salty. We didn't like the idea for not having trash cans inside restaurant for customers to use.
