They do the best they can to meet customer service standards. Everything from the wings, fries, veggie sticks and dressing is fresh. Restaurant is clean and the managers always take care of their customers along with the crew working here. Not to mention, but their Cajun fried corn with parm sprinkled on top is AMAZING!!

Stopped by Wingstop to grab lunch for my son. We ordered a 6-wing combo with 3 lemon pepper and 3 garlic parmesan wings. The garlic parmesan was flavorful, while the lemon pepper was a little salty. Overall, it was a good, quick lunch and he enjoyed it.

I hadn't been here in 6 months. Corner Garlington Road and Woodruff Road. Before I was fed up with bad food and bad service.
New management. 100% better service. So much faster and the wings were just plain good. GIVE THIS PLACE ANOTHER TRY!!!!

The manager of this location should be fired immediately and never hired in a customer service role again. I ordered 40 boneless wings via Uber Eats and only received “Bag 1 of 2” (as printed on the Wingstop receipt attached to the bag). I contacted Uber Eats support and am currently waiting to hear from them while the half of my food I did receive gets cold. So I called the restaurant to ask the simple question of what they gave to my Uber Eats delivery driver to give to me. I was merely trying to find out if the restaurant never gave the driver the second bag, or if the driver somehow lost or worse, stole the second bag.
The woman who spoke with me first told me that she did not know what the restaurant did or did not give to the delivery driver because “that was a different cashier.” When I asked her to please talk to that other cashier to find out, she told me that the other cashier had left. When I asked to speak to the manager, she then told me that she is the manager. I then said “you are the manager, but you don’t know and can’t find out whether you accurately fulfilled orders people place with the restaurant you are managing?”
She then hung up.
Understand what you are getting into if you give this location a chance to earn your business.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but what happened here needs to be said.
I arrived at this Wingstop on September 30th 5pm an Uber Eats pickup. Staff handed me the order and asked me to fill out their paper form. I matched the sauces on the app with the paper (originally wrote 1, corrected it to 4 when I saw the app), and I even asked about drinks when the app prompted me. Staff told me there were none. After verifying everything, I headed to the customer.
Later, I was shocked to learn that someone from this location reported me for sexual misconduct or criminal activity. This accusation is 100% false and extremely damaging. If there had been any truth to it, law enforcement would have been called immediately — but no police were ever contacted, because nothing inappropriate occurred.
Given that nothing in my conduct could explain such a serious and false accusation, I can’t help but feel this may have been motivated by prejudice or racial bias. Whatever the reason, no worker or delivery driver should ever face false criminal accusations because of who they are.
I conducted myself professionally, and this experience has been devastating. I’ve reported it to Wingstop corporate, Uber, and the BBB because no one should have their livelihood threatened by false, harmful, or discriminatory claims.

Use to like this place a lot but its kinda just drop off, wings both bone in and nuggets are kinda dry and the frys don't have the same flavoring it use
