I placed an online order for pickup, and when I got home, the container was filled to the top with oil — my dry wings were completely submerged and soggy. I called to have them remade, and they agreed to do so. When I arrived, the staff acted clueless and then kept trying to insinuate it was my fault, claiming I “wanted them dry and not wet,” even though they only come dry.The manager spent most of the time talking about personal matters in front of customers instead of addressing the issue. While waiting for the remake I had the pleasure of watching 2 separate door dash drivers get treated like complete garbage. When I asked for the ranch that was left in the bag, the manager turned to her employee, and said, “What does she want now?” She clearly does not have the leadership or professionalism to run that store, and customers end up paying the price. I get home and to my surprise the dry wings were again in a pool of oil. Honestly, I’m not surprised if it was done on purpose.

Food was fast and fresh. Restaurant was incredibly busy, and only 2 ladies working. They were working incredibly hard to get all the food out, and take orders.

Just wanted to say, I hope they receive the appreciation they deserve. They are both kind, fast, and efficient and deserve to be acknowledged! Thank you ladies for a great lunch and for your dedication!

Definitely want be back know times are hard but to order a 6 piece wing and have to pay for sauce because I didn't want a comb is ridiculous no one stays in this are long its new im sure they want either

I haven’t personally been, but my wife who door dashes just left there and stood inside for nearly twenty minutes as the lady behind the counter hadn’t spoken to her. Another dasher came in after my wife and the lady behind the counter began to help her after just a few minutes. Now My wife and I are white. The lady behind the counter was black, the dasher that came in after was black. I’m not trying to start anything, but my wife felt like just because she was white is why she was ignored for as long as she was. Do better, be less racist. I have no problem with anybody I get along with everyone and I will be praying for the hardened hearts of people who live and think this way. We need to realize that skin color doesn’t divide us, but show our strengths! We must band together and treat everyone as brothers and sisters in Christ.

I've had somewhat nice experiences at this location but this has been a repeating problem of the inaccuracy of orders. My order was completely wrong, after I clearly stated what I wanted to the cashier. Even when I repeated the order before I picked it up at the counter she checked the bag and handed it too me and said it was right, when I opened the bag to check my order it was completely wrong.

I ordered online and still waited 20 mins from the pick up time. They also be taking there time and talk and joke around with each other when they know they are taking a long time
