My family and I had the pleasure of dining here Sunday and we had the Best experience. Food was fantastic I had the chicken and waffles.... omg that waffle Was sooo good. The service top notch our waitress Brandy was attentive and on top of her job even though it was just her and another girl. We will definitely be back and can not wait!

I am truly shocked by this place. Went in to meet friends for drinks and the atmosphere felt stiff and off the second I walked in. My friends were talking about how rude the bartender had been to them, and I thought maybe this was just a bad day for her...until the table next to us heard us talking and said that this was a recurring theme and that the owner was already well aware of the issue. I can't imagine why anyone would want their guests treated that way, apparently Woodside is cool with treating people like trash. We all finished a first round and took off for a different place. What a bummer! All the comments on here about friendly staff must have been about people that used to work there, because - yikes!

There was a large shift in staff at the restaurant a few months ago and the service has taken a nose dive. The primary issue is with the head bartender.
I'll just provide the cliffs notes version: She has threatened physical violence at another patron, then acted entirely offended when he started recording on his phone for his own safety She is consistently rude to patrons I've seen evidence of her harassing residents of the apartment complex in the parking lot
These concerns have been escalated to the owner, with evidence, and no actions have been taken. I had hoped to give this place another chance because the food is pretty good, but it's honestly not worth my energy.

My parents were visiting from MN so I picked up French dip sandwiches for the three of us. We all throughly enjoyed the sandwiches which can with a hearty side of fries. Everything was delicious.

This place has such great potential, if the owner would address some staff issues. I used to be a regular but as it is, I will never give them any business.
They have a bartender that is known to mess with customer's drink and food orders if she has any small or imagined problem with them. I've watched the same woman threaten to physically fight a calm customer. One of their managers is appallingly inappropriate with staff.
This is a cute local place that has incredible food and could have so much more business- not to mention that it could be a positive happy place in the neighborhood- if they fostered a healthier staff and community environment. After watching staff member after staff member suffer, and customers feel uncomfortable/attacked, it's just not somewhere I would ever want to be.
Tons of great food in Greenville, best to avoid this place and get food somewhere where the environment is healthy and happy.
Oh my goodness what a hidden GEM! This place is absolutely fantastic and I wish I lived closer! The French dip is out of this world, the fried green tomatoes are a MUST, and the only regret I have is that everything was so good we didnt save room for dessert! Oh also, I am a brussel sprout fanatic, and one other local establishment has held my title for best brussel sprouts in GVL for a while.... but that chabged tonight. The brussel sprouts are CRISPED to PERFECTION and so so flavorful! The gouda mac n cheese was also delicious, and I loved that the sides were just as impressive as the main course! The staff were inviting and friendly, and the food was all of your favorites, but elevated and excellent. I will CERTAINLY be back and will be telling all of my friends! Woodside bistro, thank you for delicious food and a wonderful experience!

One of (if not) the best brunch spots in Greenville. Good parking. Large outside area. But the food. Gah so good. They have unlocked coffee roasters coffee. I ordered the brunch burger 10/10. Fresh fruit in January was fresh and delicious. I am fortunate I live close to this place. Better than any brunch I have had DT elsewhere. Coming back for lunch and dinner (not today) no doubt. The specials look amazing.

I love this place! Service can be slow at times with drink orders. But besides for that, the food is amazing! The French dip is my favorite but you truly can't go wrong with anything on the menu. They also have vegan options which is pretty awesome. I will most likely never try them because that's not my vibe but I have heard their vegan options are tasty.

Service was great and food was absolutely delicious. We had the chicken and waffles, and the burger. Both were a 10/10. The waffles taste almost like funnel cake. The chicken was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. Idk why they werent busier. I guess the word hasn't got out yet.
