Food was great, came out fast and portion were large enough for multiple meals. There wasn't a bad thing that I could say.

We were visiting Greenville and enjoyed our experience at Yard House. The brussel sprouts and mushroom pizza were delicious. We will definitely dine here again in the future.

The best part of Yard House is its service members. Shelby, server/bartender is a star of the show. If you can sit in her section, I highly recommend it 👌🏾 10 out of 10. The host staff is also very friendly, engaged and attentive. The ambiance is elevated but accessible. The food is great. I have had some inconsistencies with flavors and quality in the past, but the staff is quick to resolve any issues and that's most important to me. Drinks from the bar are balanced, but potent. My family came from out of town to visit me and I brought them to Yard House because I consider it a gem of Greenville. Check it out on your next date night

Tons of food options for lunch or dinner. We went on a Saturday around 3 and there was no wait. $50 for a burger and a shrimp bowl so it’s a little on the pricier side. The food was great and all of the other food coming out of the kitchen looked amazing! I liked that it had an under 700 calorie page on the menu to pick from for anyone on a calorie deficit instead of having to dig through the whole menu.

Food and appetizer definitely wasn’t worth $60. Atmosphere and service was nice but the only reason to go back would be for the drink selection.

I'm giving 5 stars mainly because of our waitress, Elizabeth! She was so welcoming from the time we entered til we left and had such a welcoming smile. She checked on us continuously and was great at providing recommendations on the menu. I personally was not a huge fan of the food (first time coming) it may just have been my taste buds, or just not for me. I ordered the shrimp tacos with spicy rice and red beans, but the Brookie with ice cream was the best. Thank you Elizabeth for your great service!

Great service and food was ok didn't enjoy it much because I order the pretzel with beer cheese sauce the alcohol taste was strong I have tried it before but this time was different and main course was fontina vodka penne first time trying it so didn't enjoy very strong taste for vodka it felt like I could get drunk out of it. I thought they could be more to the favor but it was pure vodka so I didnt enjoy the waiter was kind enough to take it back.

We sat down at 3:30, but by 5:00, we still hadn't received any entrees. We were told the plates were being prepared around 4:45. We left at 5:20 without having any food! Meanwhile, others who arrived after us were served and ate. This was my first time experiencing such poor service—completely HORRIBLE. I honestly believe the server intentionally asked them to hold our food, as he was rolling his neck and complaining to the kitchen staff. We had every right to ask why it was taking so long!

I along with 8 members of my family dined at Yard House on December 27, 2025. Shelby was our server and seemed very nice. However, our service was extremely low level. We waited too long to get our drinks and she was nowhere to be found most of the time. I asked for a water and asked for lemon. By the time I got the lemon, I had already finished the water… mind you, it took 20 minutes to get it. My guess is that she knew she was going to receive a huge tip due to the number of people in our party. My steak was cooked as l asked , the asparagus was good but the broccolini was awful. She asked me how the vegetables were and I told her I didn’t care for the broccolini. I would have thought she would offer something else but she just shrugged it off. The most damaging part was when I received the bill. Her tip from my tab alone was almost $17. I was perturbed and asked her if she thought she deserved this much. She explained that she was at the mercy of the kitchen, bar, etc. I would’ve accepted that answer but l noticed her interactions with other tables that we didn’t receive. I’ve been to this restaurant 4 times and each have been a disappointment. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but this is definitely my last visit with them. The price for the service received does not match.

I waited at the bar a good 10–15 minutes, apparently perfecting my invisibility skills, because not a single bartender thought to say “Hi,” “Can I get you something,” or even “Blink twice if you’re alive.” I watched at least four of them stroll by (Big Blonde and Prison tat girl were the worse,) glance at me, and then immediately decide I was not their problem.

Second visit in a month, same exact treatment. At this point I’m convinced it’s a tradition.

Thankfully, the bartender with the two‑toned hair eventually rescued me from my bar‑side purgatory. She was the only one who seemed to notice I wasn’t a decorative plant.

So yeah… I guess the moral of the story is: whatever you do, don’t sit at the bar. Apparently that’s where hope goes to die… lol.
