Came here today 11/5/2025 at 12:45 pm to an empty store. No one at the counter and had to wait for the rude Hispanic girl to come up and hand us tasting cups after we had to ask for them when they usually offer them. We head over to the yogurt and the first 2 that I try are literally splattering on my hand from how melted they are. So I stick to my usual order since I come very often. We get to the counter to pay and the girl doesn’t even say anything but the total. Already feeling unwelcome and uneasy we leave to eat it in the car. I take my first bite and immediately taste spoiled milk. I have never felt more disgusted. I started smelling the yogurt and it reeked spoiled. I went in to tell her my issue and she literally couldn’t have cared less so I just asked if I could get another bowl or a refund and she said very rudely that they don’t refunds so I was forced to get another bowl with just the sorbet because i couldn’t risk getting the other yogurt with milk. I suggest management looking into this because I was a loyal customer and will never be coming back. And maybe the next customer who has my same issue won’t be as nice as me because this was a disgusting and horrible experience. Shame on you. 🤮

Just ok. Would probably give 2.5 stars were it an option. And fairly expensive although likely in line with other stores of its ilk. Yogurt was nothing to write home about and the toppings were a bit of a mess and not super appealing. $.69 an once as of this writing, so plan on spending $7 or $8 minimum (including tax) for a small to medium size self-serve bowl. Plenty of seating, but not particularly clean (at least on the day we were there) and seemed understaffed with only 1 employee manning the checkout. Probably won't go back, unfortunately.

Me and my wife have been coming to Yogurt Mountain for about a year and a half, mainly because it’s the closest option around. Honestly, it’s never been the cleanest place, and the staff isn’t exactly the friendliest, but the yogurt was decent enough to keep me coming back.

Unfortunately, our last visit completely changed that. When I went to use one of the machines, actual pieces of crust came out with the yogurt—hard chunks that looked like old, dried yogurt, probably sitting in there for months. It was absolutely disgusting. I also noticed the counters were sticky, the toppings area had crumbs and what looked like melted chocolate smeared across the bins, and the floor had napkins stuck to it. It honestly made me wonder how often anything in here is cleaned.

After that experience, I can’t justify coming back. What’s worse is seeing a bunch of glowing 5-star reviews that all popped up on the same day from people who’ve never reviewed anything else. I can’t believe anyone genuinely thinks this place is spotless or amazing because what I saw tells a different story. I’m just disappointed, because this was my go-to spot for a long time, and now I can’t trust it. Please get staff that care about the quality of the yogurt, or just pay them more to do a half decent job. Im very disappointed.

⚠️ Eat here at your own risk. Came in at 8:30 PM on 8/8/25. First nice staff member I’ve ever met — normally they’re moody, wearing headphones, and ignoring customers. That’s the only reason this isn’t 1 star.

The shop was filthy. Stale toppings everywhere, floors coated in grime, and several froyo flavors missing on a Friday night. Whatever they served us made all of us sick through the night and into the morning. This is a health hazard!!

Update: 1 star now after management cannot be reached after 2 days. People are getting sick. Do something about it!!!!!!!

⚠️food poisoning⚠️ DO NOT GO HERE, YOU WILL GET SICK ‼️ report to FDA ‼️

Got some last night (8/8) specifically the tart flavor and immediately following the hour after my stomach was in pain. didn’t think much of it and just went to sleep but now it’s the next morning and that pain is even worse. i have used the bathroom multiple times this morning and each time afterwards the nausea and pain has continued. i fully believe there was something up with the froyo here last night that caused this as i was feeling perfectly fine until then. especially after reading multiple other reviews within the last weeks stating how filthy the place is, machines are more than likely moldy.

UPDATE: called around 4pm (8/9) to ask about a potential refund for receiving food poisoning from their product, employee stated they do not do refunds because it’s self served then asked what flavors we got. she then explained others have reported the same thing and it “just happens” because of the flavor we chose…. it just happens that people get sick eating your yogurt? that shouldn’t happen no matter the flavor, especially how badly it left us feeling. two days after eating the product, we are still dealing with nausea, diarrhea, sweats and fatigue, this is NOT normal and something this bad shouldn’t “just happen” to multiple customers. I was told the manager would call me back but I never recieved a call so called back and ask if i could just have the number but employee stated they don’t have it then told me the manager would contact me within the next 30 minutes. guess what? never recieved a call and almost a full 24 hours later i have not recieved anything. So called them again (8/10) and was told the manager wouldn’t be in until around 4 and i’d get a call then, which i have a hard time believing given yesterday. I will be filing a complaint with the FDA and getting food inspectors in this place. absolutely NASTY how they justify people getting sick from eating their product, that doesn’t “just happen”. DO NOT EAT HERE OR YOU WILL BE SICK

This place is filthy! I used to go quite often, but over the last year or so, I’ve noticed that it’s gotten pretty nasty. Not only that, but the employees are always sitting down on their phones and pay no attention to the customer. They should be cleaning the place instead. Yuck! I won’t go back.

Walked in & walked right back. It did not smell clean, the floors were filthy, the yogurt handles were not clean, toppings were not filled & were all over the place. I just did not feel comfortable getting any yogurt from here. I was very disappointed because this is not how it use to be. Not clean at all!?
